How does soul harvest affect the DPS of the dogs and the garg? I see 2 possibilities.
1) You summon your pets at the start. You then get a 5-stack soul harvest later. Your pets have their DPS increase only for the duration of the soul harvest.
2) you summon your pets at the start. You then get a 5-stack soul harvest and RE-SUMMON your pets while you have the stack. Your pets maintain the increased DPS even after soul harvest wears off. The increased DPS only lasts till the pet dies.
Anyone know which of these 2 it is? Would appreciate the info.

The world is full of kings and queens,
Who'll blind your eyes and steal your dreams,
Thats heaven and hell!
pets damage scales dynamically with your damage so if you boost your damage by 20k dogs damage goes up by a % of that 20K.
same is true for armor all resist and life regen.
but i dont think reduction from melee, ranged and elite is added in. have not tested, but others says it dont.
chance on hit gear however is static and is only updated when summoning, im not sure if this changed in patch 1.0.4, as there is no real reason to go PET CC ever again.

ok correction the, the auras from big stinker and burning dogs, are not auto updated, same goes for monk sweeping wind.
But the normal damage out put is boosted by adding extra in and damage. just try it out in act one by summoning dogs without weapon, let them hit a mob, then equip a weapon and see the damage go up.
Chance on Hit effect are also calculated on summon, health is also calculated on summon.
Armor, Resist, Life regen and Thorns (with fierce loyality) is updated dynamically.
Acctualy with fierce loyality health regen from health orbs dubble dip on pets, as health orbs heals everything around them and increases your life regen, witch boost your pets life regen trough fierce loyality.

That is only true for the damage that Big Stinker adds, then. I don't use Big Stinker I wouldn't of known such an anomaly.
And no, I meant Dynamically damage-changing, their damage changes when yours changes and when yours is lost waiting to re-cast a Garg or Dogs till you have a 5 stack is a waste of time even if it was static (meaning damage never changed and it would "Screen Shot" your stats) but its not so there's absolutely no reason to wait till 5 stacks.
Personally, I stopped using Jungle Fortitude because my Garg was invincible and it truely did not need to be, without Jungle Fort it always lives up past my Cooldown on it so its still always up without it, this may not be true for everyone though due to me having 820 All Resist.
