my reason not to play the WD is simple, imho WD is biggest FPS eater, I dont think that any of rest 4 classes will be comparable with WD, and I dont have new PC.. so bye bye WD:-(, 1 Barb + 2 handed AXE will make same service as WD and 3 dogs, 4 spiders, 1 gargantuan, and fetish army and zombie wall...
Weird. I don't have a good computer by any means, but the WD, post patch 14 performance issues aside, ran quite smoothly during the beta, even with dogs, spiders, and frogs. The character that ate up my computer resources was the Monk. His attacks were so fast that my computer literally couldn't keep up and everything just slowed to a molasses-like crawl.

With all due respect, if your computer can't handle a WD with all his pets out, your computer won't be able to handle D3. There's going to be moments when you have 3-4+ times as many entities on the screen just from the monsters you end up fighting, not to mention whatever particle effects happen to be flying around from the abilities being used by you and them. If your computer chugs just having a WD use his pets, things will become unplayable when you start fighting large hordes of monsters plain and simple. How did you even manage the jar of souls event in the beta if the WD with his pets out drops your FPS?

Oh pitiful shadow lost in the darkness,
Bringing torment and pain to others.
Your damned soul wallowing in your sin.
Perhaps... it is time to die.

You obviously haven't seen Ace Ventura.
WD wears loin cloths. Defnite dangling flash factor there.
