These are a few questions I have because I haven't been able to find the answers to them, maybe because the information hasn't been released yet:
1. Can crimson runed Sacrifice stack, and if so, how much? It seems to me that you should be able to, with the present descriptions, chain the sacrifice buff across several summons of zombie dogs to stack it ridiculously high, barring whether they implement a limit or just have it refresh the buff.
2. Are 2/5 of the spirit skills (on the rush of essence list) really going to have no mana cost? I realize that all of them (the ones without mana costs) do have cooldowns, though golden mass confusion doesn't have much of one. I certainly wouldn't mind a mana cost as the two builds I am most likely to use will utilize rush of essence.
3. Does anyone have an inkling what the cast speed on spirit barrage will be. I have not seen it in many builds, but it will most likely be a mainstay for me if it works the way I think it will. Despite being a barrage, it isn't much of one unless it is runed with indigo. This makes me believe that the standard cast speed for it will be very low, so that it can be used as a barrage by spamming it. Pair it with rush of essence and it would appear to me that one could cast it indefinitely, pair it with indigo rune and it could be a great crowd clearer.
4. How will damage mods affect pets? Will pierce the veil (and crimson runed sacrifice) only affect my WD, or will it also apply to my pets as an extension of myself? If they are affected by a temporary buff that I obtain, will it be applied to them automatically, or would they have to be resummoned?

5. Alabaster Zombie Charger summons an explosive zombie dog, any chance that it could be sacrificed prior to hitting a target?

The Sacrifice skill only works on your Zombie Dogs (not all summons) and they all die/explode at once (from how the skill is worded currently).
That would mean a 120% increase to "all damage" (but we don't know what damage is that - is it all damage from spells? is it all damage from attacks? is it all damage from "summons"? all of the above?)
The rest is pretty much unknown at the time. You'll have to wait until release to find out probably. Some those skills we haven't even seen (like Spirit Barrage) so we can't even give you an estimate of "casting time".

1. I would think it would go to at least 160% for zombie handler, though I wonder if you could obtain that without the passive.

3. As long as you haven't cleared out your mana pool in 5 seconds, I believe it would be effectively indefinite. Even if you do, since casting it with rush of essence is a net gain of mana, I would think that after enough casts you would be gaining more mana than you are dumping.
