Now I haven't played a WD since Season 1, but I've noticed they have a lot more % damage increase abilities than before. So I was wondering, do these stack with each other? Thanks in advance.
If it's a buff (increases your damage by X%), then yes, they all stack.
If it's a debuff, it may or may not stack, as some abilities are considered to be the same type of "debuff." These are usually between classes, however, so you should be safe stacking things on yourself.
*Side Note* I'm having a terrible time finding a list of which "+%damage on mobs" debuffs don't stack. I'm positive there are some. Anyone have a list handy?

But like Cold Dogs and Piranhas, do you think those would stack?
Yes, they do stack. All bonuses usually stack in D3, the question is only: multiplicative or additive? It makes a huge difference.
Here's a list that might help a bit to give you some answers:

Edit: Yeah, it's from the wizard forum, but basically you can see that all the skill modifiers are usually in the one big category A.
