Hey guys, today I give you an all-inclusive roundup of my first 10 hours in Season 4. It was almost entirely group play and we hit 70 in 3.5 hours doing Hard rifts, with a quick switch to Story Mode Leoric around level 20 for the guaranteed crown. Immediately after we switched to Master and it was easy going from there on. The next 7 hours at 70 left me with 5/6 Helltooth, Suwong Diviner, cubed RoRG & Grin Reaper, 10 leftover bounty mats, and speed farming low 30's/T7 in a full party, along with over 100 paragon levels.
I explain my strategy and provide 3 different builds I used for extremely easy progression. The first focuses on DoT damage of Haunt/Locust Swarm along with a crafted 1.0 APS staff, with pets for supplemental damage. The second is what you should aim for immediately upon hitting 70, as 2 piece Helltooth is the strongest 2 piece bonus in the game and will immediately propel you to T4-5. The third build is something you're likely to find as well - 2 piece Zuni. Having a permanent Fetish Army running around while you hunt for the rest of your Helltooth pieces will give you incredible damage mitigation and great single target (something Acid Cloud Helltooth suffers from until you get the Suwong Diviner staff). PS - no Pierce the Veil in any of the builds because it's overkill at the lower difficulties and will leave you mana starved. Enjoy & discuss!
What to do after full Helltooth set? Got lucky and completed the set already, but don't have any of the required weapon/rings/etc for top popular builds.
Edit: Nevermind, just cubed a rare spear to an ancient Scrimshaw.

There ya go. Just start grinding paragon and upgrading gear to better versions. I'm currently rolling with Leoric's ring AND crown, getting 7-8 paragon levels per g40 group rift.
