This is the build I use for farming, bounties, GR 70 speeds, etc. Very relaxed gameplay and not dependant on CDR of any kind. I highly recommend it. Edit - Sages builds for the necro are generally going to be slower and ultimately less effective at farming DB's.
Any other build will require you to drop a meaningful 6 piece bonus since all necro sets have the default 6 armor slots. Next patch, the 6 piece Pestilence set is getting buffed so it might actually be better to run T13 without Sage's as opposed to T10 or so with this Sage's build. But if you really want to run Sage's, this is your only option.
@Everyone: Please read the thread, he's asking for Sage's build particular, so full 6 piece builds and LoN builds don't really make sense as they can't be combined with Sage's.

I was wondering if anyone has a good and viable speedfarm build with Sage gear for optimal Death's Breath farming.
Forgive me if there is one posted somewhere, I can't find one and I'm too lazy to experiment myself

Too lazy to count too. No necro set contains 7 pieces, end of set based DB via Sage + RoRG
I use some variance of 2 piece pestilence, moribund, corpsewhisper, johnstone, nemesis...
for skills lance visceral, flesh golem, land of dead frozen, decrep, devouring aura.
I can hardly call it a build, but it goes pretty nice through t10.
I mean you harm.
since necros are declared to be OP, the build is simple
Anything that works in T12; T13 for masochists
