Since i fell ill and could barely stream, i invested a lot of time in theorycrafting Necro builds and specifically Bones of Rathma.
The set itself has been nerfed and i almost lost hope that i could make it work. Luckily the working combination of skills and items is finally found.
I finally found a decent way to make the build relatively tanky in density as well as output tremendous amount of damage and refill essence steadily.
I am pretty sure the build will be copied fast and spread all over the internet, but this is no big deal, since i want everyone to have fun, we are here for it! Make PETS GREAT AGAIN!
Potential is clearly there, especially for single target. Might be even an RG killer. I easily see this going higher than GR100 based on damage output. Imagine something like 5 million sheet damage instead of 1,9.
It's also very sad that there is no space for Army of the Dead here. I tried to fit it and even made to GR80 with it but then toughness and damage problems emerged. And Mages simply do more damage. Revive is also not great at all.

Finally i am back on stream and right into some PUSHING!
Today i wanted to start at gr91 and move onto 92 and 93.
91 was BLOWN away on first attempt lol. 92 was a tonn of unlucky rifts with terrible mobs, eventually i got a series of decent layouts and had plenty of time ahead but spawned the worst ever RG for Necro = Blighter. Barely made it The squishiness of Necromancer is embarrassing.. i don't know how people will play it in S11 HC.

So here is the last "check mark" for me personally on Rathma's build. Can go higher indeed, but it will be a little fishy with such low dps and 3 augments.

Nah, Inarius will absolutely stay. Just use another DPS gem and you are fine, but with the recent hotfix Rathma became stronger indeed
If anything changes until season starts you build are ''the meta''.
My build is already copied by BigDaddyDen, so unfortunately it won't be the meta for sure and sink as the rest of the builds. I just don't have a huge army of followers to upvote stuff
Important CHANGE 08/07/2017: With the upcoming change to 6pc Bonus (4 mages instead of 10 for full damage) Scythe of the Cycle should be used in the cube instead of Reilena! 60% more damage across the rift and almost identical damage with Simulacrum up! Borrowed Time rune for Decrepify instead of Dizzying Curse.
I don't get why people use Rathma's... I use it on my pet summoner and clear gr80, kinda sucks... I see yours is much better.
My point is Army of the Dead is trash and no one uses it, and two of Rathma's bonus's revolve around Army of the Dead, and the other bonus provides 50% DR. So the only benefit of Rathma's is 50% DR in the end? Am I missing something here? Couldln't you make an inarius summoner with the bone armor percs and expect more dps output?
True, but like yu said switching blood rush for bone armor and cubing a scythe of the sickle will get you more damage, so at that point why not switch to inarius?

I belive after the Mirinae procs fix come out to PC(In the same way as in the console version) , this build is the one viable to 90+.

With Inarius you have to sacrifice either mobility or something else, because you must use Bone Armor
