Im starting to get happy with my items in most slots, with a decent DPS but very good toughness. I want to be useful in Torment 1 farming, but feel that my monk doesnt dish out the same burst damage as many. Thus Im trying to become a more utility player and giving the most to the team Im with. Im trying out this build, and would like to have some feedback.
Basically my thought is that I provide the following:
- Lots of +damage on mobs through the mantra and also the "Flesh is weak" rune on exploding palm
- Lots of damage on elite packs by keeping palm up on dying elites.
- Speed through "Annihiliation" rune on the mantra
Any feedback, hints or tips?
(I feel that I SHOULD have room for "Serenity" in my build, but dont know what to remove. I feel that dashing strike is more important as a survival skill)
what I noticed: when i have unity and mantra of conviction, i won't get the dmg buff, dunno if bug or intended.
Unity grants you damage buffs for the mantras that affect you and your party members. Conviction affects the enemy mobs, its not granted to the players.
