    Hello!

    1) change Near Death Exprience to Sieze the Initiative. That's +70k eHP. You are not ready for "no STI". If reflect is your main concerne, go with Resolve instead.
    2) craft new gloves or buy upgrades. You have trifecta, but it is very low (apart from crit chance) and you could use some more vitality. I would suggest crafting vitality gloves since you currently are below 1k vit, but dex gloves are also fine. For more eHP though, vitality is the way to go.
    3) Now, all of these changes are free (close to free anyways). I would try to get a nat ring with crit and all resist. And I just so happen to have one for sale :D http://www.diabloprogress.com/hero/rhye-2561/Neph/6345296 check my listed items. I actually believe the extra all resist will help you, and the price I have listed can be negotiated. I'm on EU btw.
    4) AR on either ring may open up the option to get Inna pants with 180+ dex and vit roll. This may also increase your eHP.

    Hope I helped! GL :)

Hehe thanks! Yes, my gloves are kinda bad, but they give me 46 all res (passive). I only got like 1.5b to spend and your ring is listed at 2,5b ^^
Anyways, i'll try my luck on crafting :)
