So i've been paragorning day in and day out, but now i want to move on and be able to consistently farm mp9-mp10 for keys and ubbers, for that i would like to have your opinions and advices on what to improve, change, what aims should i look for, at this point from where i stand with my lovely monk:
Considering you already have lots of IAS gear in a TR/Bell Build - which is far from what suits the build the most - there's just no "secret tip" as to how to reach more DPS. It's the usual really: Get lucky with an amulet craft, craft some more bracers and shoulders, get better innas pants, a belt and think about another chest piece.
Oh yeah, must obvious piece that needs an upgrade if you want to do high MP runs, Key farming or Ubers is your weapon. Running around on MP9/10 without LL just does not work with a Skorn.
The problem is: Your current gear setup and the pieces you'd need to increase your DPS a lot would only make your build even less effective. It's almost impossible to reach as much as 250k Sheet-DPS with a proper TR/Bell build - but you can, if you spend some billions. If I were you, I'd rather concentrate on experimenting with the different builds and then decide which path to chose before spending another 300m. You won't be happy with your current one on the long run, I guess.
I see your point Ayeri, i indeed have too much IAS for the current setup, and i realize if i want to upgrade from here it's hell expensive since i would be looking only into the same items with better stats... that's why i kinda started my post as i hit a dillema, should i change to dual wield or keep the TR build, tr build is awesome, but i'm limited to only farming low mps and not suited for boss-ubbbers high mps fights...
But thank you for the good feedback

Yeah, you're raising the critical quesiton here. It's just up to your personal preferences. You have to decide whether you want to stick with your gear and find a matching build or rather keep your build and try to get some better suiting gear. Of course just sticking with both is an option, but as you say yourself, it just wouldn't feel right.
If you plan to keep most of your gear, then going DW would be the optimal solution.
If you want to stick with a TR-Build, then you should really replace some gear pieces and get some upgrades on others.
With a 300m budget, you have the money to go either direction. What I wanted to point at in my first post was the fact that you really have to decide before spending so much gold on a build you probably won't enjoy!
