Help me out with gearing please; don't know what's next.

Here's a screenshot of my stats and gear, completely unbuffed: http://i.imgur.com/R4RBN.jpg
This is my talent build: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/monk#aiYXgh!ZXU!accbYc

Currently, I've cleared Act I and II, and slowly progressing with Act III but I'm having a pretty hard time with some champion packs.

My question is.. I don't know what to buy next. Seriously. I have no idea what I can do to make my DPS higher. Any help, thoughts, opinions, etc will help!

Save up for new weapons. Yours are pretty awful... Get ones with socket and higher dmg.

Partially true. You should get ones with socket and higher damage, but they aren't awful. You can pretty much try to get a higher dps weapon with a socket and some dex, but keeping that sword as an off-hand in the mean time isn't the worst of ideas. I myself use a 441 dps fist with 937 LoH and other useful stats and still get over 30k dps.

Your HP r realy realy low for progressing act3 with 19k sheet dps. To be honest each and every item needs an upgrade. None of them r decent/good.

    First thing:

Switch from dw to sword&board. Running dw with sw/cyclones and low crit chance isnt that good.

1h Sword as mainhand as long as u cant afford a new one. Get a shield with at least +6% crit chance, 1k armor, 17% block and decent blockvalue, +50resistens and vit or %life. After gettin a shield i would replace items in the following order:

    amulet
    chest and pants
    shoulders
    both rings
    belt
    bracers
    helmet
    boots
    weapon(s)

Keep the following things in mind:

Go for double resist on at least chest, pants, shoulders and belt. They cant provide any offensive stats like ias, crit chance or crit dmg. Those items should give a decent amount of vit and dex as well. AIm for double res on bracers too since they only provide crit chance. Prefer a helm with dex, vit, socket and crit. U dont need res on em if those r too expensive for u atm. Loosing like 1% crit chance but getting a socket is worth for u cuz it will raise your hp alot.

Currently the best way to raise your dmg is gettin more dex. With a solid amount of dex u should then look for gloves, rings and amu with 1 or even better 2 offensive stats(ias, crit chance or crit dmg) and a "high" amount of dex.
Words of wisdom: Don't follow the advice of people who won't have to deal with the consequences.

The one thing I would add to this is make sure to take advantage of pants and chests having 300 possible vit and boots and gloves having 300 dex. a 280 vit chest is more EHP for me(21% life) than a 150 vit chest with 118 resist all.
