Almost 60 and I plan on dual wielding once I hit 60 and already bought the weapons. My current passives are:
Seize the Initiative: Armor increased by 100% of your Dex
Resolve: My attacks reduces enemy damage by 25% for 2.5 secs
The Guardian's Path: 15% Dodge while dual wielding
All 3 of those seem like very strong defensive passives when combined. But to get my resists up which one should I drop? Also in case it matters I will probably be running Mantra of Conviction with Overawe and not Evasion with Hard Target since I will only be farming Act 1. I figured more DPS means faster clears. Unless because its only Act 1 that Evasion with Backlash is actually more DPS.
That Resolve is pretty much the difference between farming Act III and progressing Act III, at least for me and my gear (1,2k LoH, 2.13 attack speed, 5,4k armor, 897 all resist and 46k unbuffed damage (with enchantress)). My definition of farming is being able to run through the act without dying and be pretty quick about it.
The ones complaining that Resolve doesn't do anything are propably feeling the pain when they face a Phasebeast or Swift Skull Cleaver elite pack in Act III. It doesn't do anything to damage from Molten or any other stuff that you can't stand in, but it does reduce the melee damage from really hard hitting mobs pretty significantly making all the difference in being able to face tank them until they die. I run with One With Everything, Seize the Initiative and Resolve, and wouldn't change any of them.
OWE, Seize the Initiative, Transcendence. Ever since I first stepped in Act 2 and have never changed it other than for testing Resolve, which didn't work for the best with what gear I had.
In your case, for Act 1, I'd recommend dropping Guardian's Path. Resolve will help when you first start Inferno if you don't have enough armor.
Drop Guardians Path as it is not needed. Res will save your life more than dodging, but still important in act 3+ inferno, at higher difficulties so go with the res.

Thats what I figured and with 1350 LoH I assume they will be even wetter.
