What is the best Exploding Palm rune? I've tried searching various forums for the answer to this question but all I've learned is that Essence Burn is useless in Inferno.

Probably the "target takes 12% additional damage" one. That's the one I used to use.

Same as above. I used it in norm and NM and thought it would be excellent at higher levels...yet once into act 3 hell, I tossed it.

The reason why I wanted to use this skill is because I decided to base my Monk off of a character from Diablo III: The Order.

In the novel a Monk of Ivgorod named Mikulov used Exploding Palm to make an Unburied explode.
