First of all, english isn't my mother language, please take easy with any typo.
About the topic issue, I'm trying to do act III atm, but after Ghom (who took me a while to kill) I've found myself smashing my face in a wall; even white mobs are giving me a really hard time.
Although I'm passing through this situation, idk where I should change my gear, therefore, I would like some tips.
I'm running with this setup:
FoT + Thunderclap
SW + Cyclone
Serenity + Ascension
MoE + Hard Target
BoH + Blazing Wrath
BF + Faith in the Light
okay guys i need help ive spent millions on gear an act 3 is still a bitch i use deadly reach also but i just cant farm act 3 with out it taking me hours what is my problem???
any help is appreciated thanks guys
also i use transcendence instead of resovle i like it better could that be a problem? trans-owe-sieze are my passives
Your stats look fine to progress (its not a cakewalk yet!), your second set is preferrable and more LoH would be great. Also consider dual wielding-attack speed, LoH improvement, more cyclones (and shields mitigate but don't block elemental damage).
After Ghom you run into a whole different set of mobs and you need to practice to be able to live reliably against them.
Herald of pestilence: watch them at all times for hand into the ground, the plague is very bad (was horrendous pre-1.03)
Birds...stupid birds...again alot of movement, their fireballs hurt.
Fat guys that turn orange: keep a position in front of them, if you aren't interrupting them with FoT it will probably hurt bad.
Big dudes that shield then enrage: use blind after shield, then bubble after next shield (if it is taking that long).
Of course you can get all of them at once and spear throwers too, just takes practice.
@Guz:
Guz your stats look great. I would definitely try switching to resolve, 25% damage reduction is not small!
You could gain more dps to help things be easier and reduce rng deaths, but its not necessary. Success is definitely possible with your gear but you need to have the right tactics and timing.
Most all gear sets will not allow you to stand in arcanes or desecrations or molten you need to actively and pre-emptively avoid it. Those gear sets that might let you shrug off some of that damage will probably mean you kill very slow or cost you an arm and two legs.

I'm running with this setup:
FoT + Thunderclap
SW + Cyclone
Serenity + Ascension
MoE + Hard Target
BoH + Blazing Wrath
BF + Faith in the Light
Passive: SoI, Resolve and OWE
Stats with my best weapon (without IAS and LoH):
28k HP
20k dps
6k armor
1.6k Dex
1.38 ApS
18% Crit Chance
130% Cri Dmg
2790 Block amount
26% Block Chance
700+ All resistance
3% Life Steal
Stats with LOH and IAS weapon:
28k HP
17,5k dps
6k armor
1.5k Dex
1.6 ApS
18% Crit Chance
130% Cri Dmg
2790 Block amount
26% Block Chance
720+ All resistance
350 LoH
Should I run with which weapon?
Should I change which stats?
Thanks for the help!
But which aspects do you think i need to focus first?
Low armor? With buffs I going 7~8k, I think. Isn't plentiful enough?
