I've heard from different sources that the fists of thunder quickening rune actually gives you 15 spirit for any crit rather than a FoT crit as it most likely should be. I had to see it for myself, so I put on sweeping wind and quickening and ran into a pack of mobs expecting to go from empty to full spirit in a second. Nada, only normal spirit regen was ticking. I'm still seeing posts made by people after I've tried it for myself claiming that it's still giving them 15 spirit for any crit. Am I missing something or what's going on? Hopefully they've fixed it by now, but I'd like to hear from others about it.

the bug is still in effect, you just got the wrong impression of it, it works by giving back spirit for any dmg done during the attack animation of FoT-Q thats why SW works so well with it, because it is hitting a bunch of mobs while the animation is going on, but honestly, with a high enough attack speed, any of the runes will make u regain spirit stupidly fast.
