Hi, i decided to come up with a build for the monk because he didn't look very appealing till i came up wit this build, i had inferno in mind when i was making this build so it will be focused on hi survivability and constant dps.
number one is to open and get the foresight buff going and number two is to maintain dps and keep the combination strike buff up at all times. you always end with windforce flurry.
The defense
Serentiy / ascension 20 sec cool down > after beacon > 17 sec
inner sanctuary / consecration 2o sec cool down > after beacon > 17 sec
breath of heaven / circle of life 15 sec cool down > after beacon > 12.75 sec rounding up to 13
the goal here is to open with roation 1 then continue to roation 2, Breath Of Heaven with circle of life will heal for 8063 - 9675, you continue your rotation till you lose life equal to the minimum of BOH then you cast serenity count 2 sec after serenity weres off, then you BOH count 2 sec after casting BOH, then you cast inner sanctuary. by the time inner santuary expires you will have 2 secs to wait before you repeat the whole thing. the 2 secs inbetween each def spell will be compensated with transcendence.
Your still keeping up with your dps so no buff weres off while your counting.

i took out deadly reach and way of 100 fist, i added mantra of conviction with the overawe , and i also added crippling wave for the aoe, this works out better now i think because i can do more damage and use the high spirit cost to heal after inner sanctuary weres off.
you have strong single target dmg but zero aoe. Its true that the interview told us that we would need a strong single target dps, but if you have to kill all targets 1 at the time you wont get anywhere... the longer combat lasts the more dmg you take and with the new enrage timers time is litteraly of the essence.. i would probably remove deadly reach and inner sanctuary and replace them with a mantra and an aoe..
If youre only using deadly reach for its buff then change it with mantra of conviction rune it with overawe and you actually gain dmg..

heres a simplifed version of the roation.
Serenity (Heal 620 life) > 2 sec > Boh (heal 1550) > 2 sec > inner (heal 1860)
Your still keeping up with your dps so no buff weres off while your counting.
