Before this season, i was away from Diablo 3 since the first 6 months after release. This was mostly because of work and other games calling for my attention. I have been playing since the season started, got a lot of information on the ABSOLUTE MASSIVE amount of changes to the game.
I've been messing around and created the following build for my own use. So right now iam tapping into your collective knowledge of items and abilities on places where i improve or tweak it, as i am aware there is a lot i dont know yet about the game.
Basically a Tempest Rush build with sweeping wind and the Inna set. Link below for details and an explanation behind its logic.
Another person gave me some tips like Using the Sunwuko Amulet and hexing pants with Rorg (to get the 4 set sunwuko bonus) or Rorg with flying dragon and inna pants to get the . Cesar's Memento for bracers. The links for Focus and restraint on the site dont show its other set bonus "When you hit with a resource-spending attack, deal 50% increased damage for 5 seconds."
I could also switch the shoulders out for Mantle of Channeling. If i use the weapon passive that makes tempest rush 100% crit when hitting =<3 enemies, i can gem for the pain enhancer.
Tempest Rush with Sweeping sweep. The longer i use it the tougher i get and the harder i hit (not to mention harder/faster). Hits reduce my CD's and let me use mystic ally more often.
Will be testing out this stuff for what i life and what performs well. If anyone has any more ideas or thoughts, feel free to provide your input.
