I assume that means even if a mob is still alive EP will be triggered, my question is does the mob in question get hit with the dmg of its own EP explosion?
If so would it be practical to use madstone, Lion's Claw, and Fist to get 7 double-EP explosions (14 SSS hits, 7 applications of EP and 7 detonations) on GR bosses for quick takedowns? Using the sustained attack rune with some cooldown reduction on gear you could get a lot of these in quick succession.
"your SSS detonates your EP"

So Gungdo will apply the exploded EP back onto the rift guardian mob it just detonated from?
