Hi I've just found this torch and need some help with rerolling it.
I could reroll the rrd to 10% dmg so then I can continue to spam sweeping wind with innas for Taeguk procs.
Or I can reroll the socket and use a gift. The 10% resource cost reduction might be more useful in the next patch. I currently already have a normal torch with 3.7k dps and 700 lpss so can use that in the mean time.
Rolling to 10% dmg gives me more dps than rolling the dmg range. But the resource cost reduction is worst than the socket in the current patch since with it sweeping wind won't proc Takguk anymore.

Couldn't you compensate for that by removing RCR off another piece of gear or from taking pragon points out of RCR?

Quin69 has a really handy spreadsheet for this sorta thing, above is the video explaining how to use it.
The link to the spreadshit is in the video discription.
I don't know much about monks but the socket is useless if you have a gift.
Looks like if you reroll the socket to 10% dmg the weapon will go up to 4295.3 dps

Nah you need less than 6.6% rcr for sweeping wind to proc taeguk, if its more than that, then sweeping wind won't spend any resources.
Ahh right, i remember seeing that in a video i watch at some point, forgot it was that low.
Lol well I'm am literally no help
