First of all thanks to everyone that is going to take the time to answer me, it's really appreciated. I normally do not want to bother people with gear questions but I realize that it's very likely I am not going to see another one dropping and I don't want to mess it up.
1. Swap CDR out for 10% damage. That way I get to keep the very high Vitality that can roll on ancient two-handlers that is going to help come high Grifts.
2. Swap Vitality out for 10% damage. That way I get to keep a (very badly rolled) CDR stat that I know is not super needed for the build, but is very useful nonetheless.
3. Keep them both and reroll the bonus damage range. Using this handy calculator here it says that if I manage to roll the absolute max of bonus damage then it would be a 135,9 dps loss compared to a 10% damage increase. So I guess my question to you guys is if ~150 dps is worth 1300 Vitality and 6% RCR.

I found a great ancient torch on day 2 of the new season and thought it was godly and BiS until I realized just how important CDR is for monks (you cant do GR progression without infinite/nearinfinite epiphany)

reroll base damage on it, its the best choice (since its base damage is really low and can compensate a 10% dmg roll)
reroll the vit into 10% damage (and ofc gift it a socket)
