Fire% vs cold% on regular frost/fire build..

Hi fellas. According to http://sentrycalc.dawg6.com/sentry-web/

My fire dmg is 61.79% of my total output even tho i have 19% cold dmg on my bracers... Should I change to fire bracers instead?

Yes, but aren't they also increased by fire% ?

According to that calculator CA: Maelstrom are doing 11.33% of my total dmg and EA 24ish while MS are about 41% and spitfire are 24%

The above calculations are without ele%.

When i switch from %cold to %fire on my bracers i go from 2.9b/30sec to 3.2billion..
