Having recently geared one to T6, these are my experiences:
You aren't going to see much result untill you've got atleast the four piece. If you are just RiF'ing untill you get all you want like I did, the order hardly matters. If you're trying to gear the char up genuinely, I'd say bounties for RoRG, get an aughilds helm, gamble for boots>legs>gloves (4 set). Then gamble for the remaining two pieces you want to use (helm/shoulder if you want a cindercoat offpiece, helm/chest if you want magefists or TnT, and all 3 pieces if you want a SoJ. SoJ is argueably the strongest option, atleast against elites).
Save things such as quiver (can always use the bombardier passive till you get one), belt (harringtons and witching hour both have low drop rates and will take awhile), and other stuff till last.
You could do well with a stronger bracer, pretty much min rolls on the one you've got.
What should I be gambling on? Also, do you think my build is OK or should I change something?
Any tips on gambling order?

And there is only one thing we say to Death. Not today.
