Well, I did act 1 two days ago pretty easily with half your stats, so you should be fine. I had:
20k dps
1.2 aps
5 crit chance
32% dodge
35% dmg reduction
70 AR
30-35k hp
~200 life regen per sec
0 life steal/life on hit
~2500 life on kill
~8.5 hatred per sec
1 disc per sec
0 mf/gf
And a whole lot of kiting.
edit: In fact I did act 2 yesterday with mostly the same stats, except 10k more hp, 70 more AR, 1.5k more dps, little more armor, and 4.5 more crit chance.
I updated my original post because I purchased a couple of upgrades in the last few hours.
The question now is whether or not I should move on to Act II Inferno. The reason that I am wary about progressing further is because I have absolutely zero Life per Second, Life per Second, Life per Hit, and Health Globe Healing Bonus. My Life per Kill isn't noticeable (184.00). If I am low on health and I've already used a potion, I'm fucked.
Should I focus on raising those particular statistics before proceeding further in Inferno? I don't want to have to skip past those bullshit enemies that reflect damage. I want to murder those fuckers every single time.
Also you dps seems kind of low. Resists and life seem fine, I farm act3 with those stats. Try and get a 900-1000 dps blue xbow with high crit damage. These shouldnt be that expensive and should last you quite a while until you have enough gold to burn on a 1200+ weapon.
I updated my original post again because I bought a 996.1 DPS bow yesterday that has raised my DPS to 31.5k.
Other then that I see no problems in progressing act2. Yes act2 is a bitch and you will die to invisible snakes and lacuni huntresses. Just get it over with as soon as possible and start act3. If you have solid dps the mobs are much easier to handle.
Action Bar Skills:
Hunting: Companion/Bat Companion.
Devices: Fan of Knives/Hail of Knives.
Hunting: Preparation/Backup Plan.
Defensive: Smoke Screen/Displacement.
Passive Skills:
Tactical Advantage, Steady Aim and Archery.
I'm using Chemical Burn instead of Grievous Wounds and Archery instead of Sharpshooter because I don't think that I have enough base Critical Hit Chance to make that shit effective. I can't use both Archery and Sharpshooter because Tactical Advantage and Steady Aim are mandatory in my opinion. I'm not too worried though because Chemical Burn melts fuckers and I see a substantial increase in DPS from using Archery.
Fan of Knives has saved my life a thousand times. It does 320% weapon damage and will Slow enemies by 60% for 2 seconds. Hail of Knives increases the radius to 20 yards, which is mandatory if you are using this skill. I'll pop Smoke Screen, move in close, unleash Fan of Knives, and get out fast. If I have elites chasing me down I'll pop Fan of Knives every 10 seconds just to give myself some breathing room.
The rest of the build is pretty self-explanatory.
I appreciate the feedback, legendarz.
Edit: I had to modify my post and it wouldn't let me include the link to my build.
Does it make you think you are really cool saying "fuck" and "shit" all the time?
It just makes the whole thing a pain to read and makes you seem really immature.
I don't usually say fuck or shit that much. Kind of startling to look back and see how many times I cussed in that post. My excuse is that I had been feeling more than passionate about my character and build. In real life I cuss very occasionally and only around specific people. I'll edit my post and tone it down.
EDIT: I don't get your fan of knives argument. You waste an entire smoke screen to run to them and run all the way back?
Instead get a ranged slow like Entangling Shot or Elemental Arrow with Frost Arrow, that way you can slow them for range and not waste ~5 seconds running to them and then running back. Just slow them from range, and kite. If they jail or other nasty things that's where you use your smoke screen, IMO.
I don't use that strategy unless I have the Discipline to waste. Like I said, when elites are chasing me I use Fan of Knives to damage them, Slow them, and give me more breathing room. You will quite often find yourself in close proximity to multiple enemies, especially when playing alone. Being able to do 320% damage to all enemies within a 20 yard radius every 10 seconds is a blessing.
It's a beautiful fucking skill. I know that you disagree, but it really does work for me. Like I mentioned earlier, it has saved my life thousands of times.

There is a lot of synergy between FoN, Smoke Screen, and Tactical Advantage. You don't have to run through them to cast it. You could very easily SS/FoN/Run away just the same. The only reason I would ever run to an enemy with SS is I am out of kiting space and have to kite the way I came.

Might be a little off topic, but Leirissa, do you do streams, I'd just like to see if/how you manage to run in Acts 3/4 with only 9k HP, yeah damage is nice, but I can imagine, with an Immune fast pack, you are resetting the game right?

I'd say that an effective build needs a good single target skill, a good multiple target skill, and an escape tool. Honestly, I'd say you're lacking an effective AOE skill. Fan of Knives does great damage, but since it has a cooldown, and requires you to put yourself at risk in order to use it, it's not great for clearing stuff. It's a great skill, it just doesn't fulfill the AOE role in your build. It works perfectly well as a utility skill, however.
What it comes down to is that it takes an awful long time to take stuff down when you're only hitting one at a time, and Hungering Arrow and Impale are both single target skills (yes, technically HA can hit more than one target, but only one at a time, and only if it pierces. In other words, it does the same amount of damage against a single target as multi target).
If you want to keep FoK, I'd say to drop Impale for Ball Lightning, Frost Arrow, Multishot - Fire at Will, Cluster Arrow - Looking for Bear, or whatever you feel like using. I personally use Multishot right now. Impale and HA are both great skills, but if they're your only damaging skills, I think it's going to be tough unless your DPS is ridiculously high.

It doesn't take me very long to kill stuff yet, but I have only just started Act II Inferno. I am considering everything you've said but I am not sure if I will actually switch Impale for something else. It all depends on how difficult things become for my character as I progress through the rest of Inferno.

I don't stream but I guess I could. I've been running around with 9k HP pre-IAS nerf. So it's pretty much the same thing w/ different set of abilities in my toolkit. I can actually survive a single tick of blood pool from Azmodan even with my low hp for instance, so the nerf did help in that regard. Cydea is actually bit harder now so I skip her.
