Only main-hand. But the 2* 50~100% crit dmg gems at dualwielding make it worth while, you always have a very fast attack speed and quite many DH abilities have powerful on-crit effects.
I'm running 2* 1h 870 dps xbows, with star emeralds +70% critical strike damage, I don't see point in using quiver as it'd cost me 70% critical strike damage.
This is basically the only reason to dualwield -- for the extra crit damage bonus. Theoretically, you can find 2 1h crossbows with built in crit damage bonus AND a socket, though i would imagine that would cost you the farm. But say you find a really nice upgrade with the same stats @ 1k dps or so. Dualwielding, even with the extra crit damage, might hurt your dps. So unless you have 2 comparable crossbows and get generous crit damage from them, dualwielding isn't optimal.

When using 2h Xbow (with a socket) and a quiver you are trading 20% crit damage (if you have 70% crit in both of your one hand xbows and you gem your 2h xbow with same gem) and 10% crit for much harder hitting abilities and bigger discipline pool (you will look for quiver with Max Discipline on it). The attack speed difference is negated with quiver Attack Speed.
There was a thread where someone did in depth math about this issue and with BiS weapons and gear 2h will always overcome dual wield (am to lazy to find it now).

Not exactly true. Weapons can spawn with a socket and plus crit damage. The potential difference in crit damage is probably closer to 90% than 20%, which is compounded further by the extra 10% native crit of a 1handed crossbow. Although admittedly, that would cost you quite a bit of money to pull off.

Lets say i have 2 1hand Xbows with 600dps each, i use Spike Traps that deal 275% weapon damage.
Does it factor, both, just my main hand or a % of both?
