Strafe is terrible because the way it works, it attacks random targets without any kind of priority. That mob on 2hp which is about to kill you? Nah i'll attack the one on full hp 10 yards away.

Other than that, the build sounds pretty cool.
I agree other than strafe, that's a nice build.
Ferret companion surely has to be in every build! xD
Strafe looks awesome, seems she isn't exactly concerned with the practicality of skills she just wants to go all Hunger games and rape with throwing knives.
Obviously this build needs a tittle...how about SHANK!

I like it!
now i would change Tactical Advantage to Cull the Weak since I have a lot of snare abilities and that extra damage to the slowed enemies would be nice.
and yeah, ideally I would go with Multishot instead of Strafe, but I just like the idea of spinning randomly and throwing knives everywhere.
Impale with Impact rune
Caltrops with Jagged Spikes rune
Vault with Tumble rune
Fan of Knives with Fan of Daggers rune
Strafe with Stinging Steel rune
Passives: Tactical Advantage, Steady Aim, Numbing Traps
yeah!
