- Cost reduced to 16 discipline with perfectionist passive
- 40% dodge bonus
- 30% increased attack speed
2. "Preparation" with obsidian (could've also been golden or indigo)
- 45 discipline restored over 30sec every 120sec
3. "Bola shot" with golden
- 30% chance to restore 5 discipline
4. "Evasive fire" with alabaster
- Backflip 27 yards
5. "Fan of knives" with crimson
- 531% weapon damage
- Slow movement by 65% for 4 sec
6. "Multishot" alabaster
- Gain 1 discipline per ennemy hit
You use "shadow power" and regain discipline with "bola shot" and "multishot". Use "fan of knives" and then "evasive fire" when ennemy gets near". With "evasive fire", you should always be able to get yourself out of trouble with backflip and then fill the discipline you need with "bola shot" and "multishot" to be able to use backflip again when the ennemy closes the gap. When you run out of discipline, use "preparation".
If the only discipline spell you are going to use is Shadow power, well you can pretty much afford that just with normal regen. On beta I had a couple xbows with +Discipline, and I could use shadow power 2x in a row.
Though that obsidian prep looks very interesting for boss fights.
45 discipline over 30 seconds = 1.5 discipline per second
Nature Regen = 1 discipline per second.
In other words, your normal regen + Obsidian prep would completely regenerate the discipline cost of Shadow power. Which means that you could keep the buff up for 45 seconds without it costing you any discipline, and likely another 2-3 uses after that putting the duration of shadow power at upwards of a minute.

Shadow power is not the only discipline spender, there is also evasive strikes backflip which costs discipline. Depending on wether or not i can keep shadow power on a lot or not, it could be traded for something like caltrops with alabaster. This build seems to be awesome versus meele opponents but there is still the counter part when fighting range opponents. Still interesting to hear you about it.
I like this build and I think it will be able to do any difficulty. The only suggestions I have are:
Change preparation to a golden rune (restores all discipline and 70% health! HELLZ YEAH!) Donèt forget if you get desperate you can use multishot to regen your discipline fast
Switch perfectionist for vengeance which will help you regen disc as well as having more hatred. Ooorrrrr night stalker to synergize with sharpshooter.

I guess that preparation's rune choice can be whatever (other than crimson). I personnaly don't like to base my builds on "health globes" so i will most probably not go with vengence even tho i can see that this would help in improving discipline gain. About night stalker, if i ever have a discipline issue, i would definetly try it out.
Unless you are very good and use it incredibly well, evasive fire is very difficult to use to get you out of danger. You basically have to specifically position yourself so that the enemy is exactly opposite from the direction you want to leap to, otherwise you don't make it and you get stuck on the wall or something. It's also not a very long distance that you flip back, so if you're being attacked by fast monsters, it causes problems quickly for you.

45 discipline over 30 seconds = 1.5 discipline per second
Nature Regen = 1 discipline per second.
8 seconds * 2.5 d/s = 20 discipline per 8 seconds.
