as you might probably know, I have done quite some testing on DH on the PTR for 2.2, and while trying to figure out some cool new stuff the Natalya set I came up with a really efficient speedfarm Strafe build which can be used for T6 and speed low GRs (~tier 35) and subsequently made me clear a T6 rift in 44 seconds. The basic idea is to stack a lot of movement speed and keep strafing all the time, thus quickly reducing your RoV cooldown to boost your dps to high levels. I will add a detailed written post to the builds section once 2.2 hits, for now you have to go with this talent calculator link.
The Natalya set has a lot of flexibility in some item slots and gem choices. Since there are not that many clear-cut choices for everything, I tried to give a good overview of what is good to use, but also encourage everyone to try out a few different things with it.
Keep in mind that the GR run was pretty crappy and you generally farm those in groups anyway, so you will make much better use of the build's strengths there. For fresh 70's, T6 is probably a bit too high, but if you can farm ~T4 at a comparable speed you should still be very efficient until you can push further.
The cooldown of Rain of Vengeance is reduced by 12 seconds every time you cast a primary skill and by 2 seconds every time you castora Hatred spenderfrom the first hit of each cast of a resource-spending attack
With these changes strafe natalya won't be playable, have you thought about an alternativ build without strafe base on primary skill mixed with spenders ?
Seems like you know something I have missed in my days of testing on the PTR. To answer the question: I have plans to bring Natalya to 55+ solo and 65+ in groups, they are secret for now.
So this was actually the first build I was able to get "going" when S3 went live due to some very weird luck with my RNG. My hexing pants were abysmal (ty smartloot for giving me an int pair with armor and life regen), but I was able to make one little change to make this build completely faceroll in T6: Goldwrap. This belt, when combined with avarice band + boon of the hoarder, makes you damn near invincible... if you can keep the buff up. In dense rifts you don't need to try at all, but if you encounter sparse rifts and your toughness is naturally low, you have to be very careful.
In order to keep my hatred up, I had to roll hatred per sec on my offhand (a K'mar Tenclip until I can get a calamity) and my chest. Additionally, I had to use hexing pants (when the buff is active, it improves hatred/s effects including the archery bonus for offhand hand crossbows). While I'm not quite hatred neutral, I'm damn near close.
You guys might now about the T6 Rift Clearing Competition, which is a friendly competition to see which class is best at speedfarming T6. You can find a thread both on the official forums and here on Diablofans (the latter seems outdated at this point though).
Rules:
1. Clear 10 subsequent T6 Rifts.
2. Pick up legendaries and (attempt to) kill goblins.
With some more experimentation going into this build recently, a few things have changed. If you are getting close to the high-end, I think it's even better to use F+R and drop any resource items altogether. I also used Wreath of Lightning instead of another dps gem, the damage boost from the rings is more than enough, I wasn't even using a Hellfire amulet and only had one ancient weapon. The guide will be updated to reflect this. This build is strong enough to solo farm rifts in 4-player parties at almost the same speed (maybe +10 seconds per run), I was doing this while others were clearing bounties and told them when to join to leech the RG.
Here is my contribution, which posted there already as well:
Build: Natalya Strafe
Total Time: 21:17
Video is sped up 2x. Sub 20 minutes on average is definitely possible with this. My items still have lots of room for improvement, but probably having a better PC would have easily been enough to cut 1-2 minutes in loading times (averaging more or less 3-8 seconds per zone change for me). First rift starts at 00:26, last reward from Orek received at 11:05 - 21min 17sec. (For actual in-game speed, just watch at 0.5x speed, it also has some fun effects on the music.)
I was just curios as the guide isn't updated yet if you list your passives from your speed clear video...assuming they are different from the defaults listed in the guide
also Super +1 on the Prodigy Soundtrack in your video......new album this year!!!!

dude that's sick if I played DH I'd rock that hard lol, congrats on such a speedrift!I can't see them getting much faster than that
Lots of spin to win next patch!
might probably slow down a bit but it wouldnt be for too much because nephalem rifts have decent density
Both the 44s run and the actual guide were recorded without the bugged Strafe runes.

Great video, very informative. I can't believe I salvaged like 5+ Avarice Bands... =__=;

Anywhere between 50 and 60 for solo, we'll see

For Nat's, at the top end of GRifts, you'd probably want to go cold just because the RoV rune offers some very strong CC.

I cannot wait for your guide.
Since the icy trail nerf in PTR, every N6 post that I have seen, all suggest N6 is no longer relevant for higher GRs.
I hope they are wrong, as N6 is the only DH change that I am looking for in this patch.
Here is the Build + written guide. Enjoy!
