I've noticed many of the top crusaders on GRifts on DiabloProgress are using Condemn build with RRoG with LoH. A few even forego Strength on the Blade of Prophecy for the ~20k LoH.
Could anyone shed some light on this? Is it worth it for condemn build to nab LoH?
Aww...so the error on my part was not so much assuming that Life on Hit is amazing...but assuming that AS is useful for condemn crusaders...which it is not.
How about the few on diabloprogress who have foregone the strength on their blade of prophecy for Life on Hit...was that just a bad roll or would that significantly improve survivability at higher grifts?
Him...few others on next pages. Reason I'm asking also is because my BoP has a has a LoH / Life per wrath spent roll...so rerolling the wrath on hit to % DMG vs Strength seems the better option.
Granted I haven't found Frydehrs shield yet so I haven't used my Rama's gift...hoping for better BoP in the meantime.

My guess is bad roll. If you mwan actual strength, because loing out on 10% DPS is pretty ridiculous.

And LoH is pretty much always worth it for every build as long as you're not giving up an important DPS stat.
Does the LoH from Condemn process on every explosion, including the extra explosions from the Blade of Prophecy?
