Glad to hear it! That seems to be a rather common response to the build lol.
Indeed it does! Manner cookies new build that got featured on the main site is very similar to this build you created a while ago, but there are some key differences. He has an interesting way of taking it to end game once you get the gear if you watch the video. I think the key to this particular build though is that you can start doing well off the bat and not need any specific awesome gear to jump into torment. Interesting though the similarities and how much can be brought out of it end game once you get lots of gear with a few minor tweaks.
I'll be making a new video for this build when school gets out. Right now Im busy packing up my classroom and preparing to move to a new grade level next year (oh joy). So expect an updated video with a demo of how it plays with better gear around the start of June. I'm very happy that I stuck with this build. Once I got a blade of prophecy it scaled enormously and I'm destroying stuff T1-3 and can farm T4 with some work. I'm excited to share how well the build performs with those who don't have the gear for it yet (though I know many who utilized this build do). Hopefully the author will be kind enough to include updated videos in the main post :). I also noticed for some reason that the main 20 something minutes video post is a link to partially into the video, if you would update it to this url instead I'd appreciate it:
Also using the build and I really like it. I have okay-ish gear, the rare's are the one that need to be upgraded, but they're not the worst. Was hoping any of you could give some advice on what item to go for, I'm "saving" for more Akkhan set items, but, well, there's luck involved. I was curious as to what item I roll for with Kadala. I think the current legendaries are okay-ish, so I should focus on the non-legendaries, but which?
Any help appreciated T2's a joke (multiple packs in ~5-10s), T3 is surprisingly hard.
You're setup pretty well atm. I'd aim for getting a pair of reaper's wraps as they REALLY shine in this build and it's not hard to farm just go kill maltheal over and over. Bonus is on the way you have a chance for angelic shard for hallowed protectors. Speaking of which I'd try to get that so that you can craft the shield with a guaranteed 15 percent or more holy dmg mod on it it's a very nice shield to have. For gambling I'd look at neck or gloves. Probably neck as there are some high value legendary necks you can get that let you ignore things all together or summon extra minions. They are more expensive which sucks but your gear in other slots is pretty good. I'd also start trying to work more cooldown reduction into your gear. Even if it brings a paper dps drop the CDR will help you get everything back up more often and once you have full akrats help you get permanent akrats.
