Initially it looks like a 30 wrath skill dealing 295% weapon damage. But I feel it starts to get really interesting when you realize it can deal multiple hits to a lot of enemies at once during their charge. Which can be further buffed 20% with Lord Commander passive.
Only problem with them as I can see, is that the summons goes p00f at the slightest terrain feature impeding them.
The unruned version actually seems more appealing than the non cd runed versions.
You get 4 knights unruned, and they keep running till they despawn.
Shield Charge only gives you 3 shieldmen, and they will only run to where you click.
Stampede only gives you 2 warhorses, but they will keep running when launched.
So you could potentially have more hits with the unruned version. Design flaw?
The ability it self is underrated yes cause it does some sick dmg but not being able to use it as a spender and the CD severly limit it's potential imho.

I think youve misread it. The base ability have -no- cd. Same for Shield Charge and Stampede. The other variants have CD on.
Edit:
Been toying with Stampede, it feels very strong. And you actually get 3 horses I notice.
Definitely feels quite strong, especially with them being able to hit so many mobs at once. Makes Blessed Shield seem hilariously impotent in comparision without either of the leggys boosting it.
Edit2: But as previously stated, its too easy to flub the cast and loose your minions cause of despawning on terrain. Blessed Hammer had that problem in d2, where it was useless in tunnels. But in d3 it ignores terrain.
