Condemn is definitely the "slowest", averaging ~3:30 minute clears. However, like you mentioned, it is the easiest to get up and running if you have a preexisting Condemn sader. LoN Bomb has the potential to be the fastest build, and it is relatively easy to get up and running when compared to the Bowmen build. If you want to go full Bowmen though, it can keep up with LoN Bomb, but you need to get lucky on rare drops like TnT and Baleful Remnant. ><
Tbh I'd find the bowman build more enjoyable and trusting than the bomber one purely coz I'll always have damage output via the phalanx. How hard is it to gear up for that build? I have majority of the gear but it's non ancient... Just need the weapon, shield and to refill all to ancient.
How does it perform in both solo and group rift, bounties? And how high could I speedw farm in grifts?
As with any LoN build, the ancients are always key. However, you can do with almost any semi-decent ancient in many areas except for a few. Tasker and Theo need to have as high IAS and Pet Attack Speed bonus as possible due to the necessity of hitting the proper breakpoint. The same goes for The Baleful Remnant, really needs to have IAS, % damage, and a decent damage roll. The two most crucial items to the build also happen to be some of the most difficult to get to roll well. ><
Solo rifts, it absolutely smashes. Group rifts, if you don't have the gear augmented, it will probably feel underpowered. Due to the fact that most bounties are a bunch of running around, your kill speed doesn't matter as much if you are doing 4-player splits. Bosses go down relatively quickly because the single target damage is so good in the build. Speed farming in grifts also depends on how many augments/much paragon you have. My gear is relatively GG, and I can do 60s in 5-6 mins.
Actually sounds awesome LOL. I'll try and aim to gear for it but could take awhile. Farming gr60 would be fine. Hell I don't have a class other than my wd that can solo farm atm, which is annoying. Not having to rely on bombard cd as bowmen will be the best part for me. I've seen a vid of someone playing it and yeah it absolutely crushed bounties and t10
Oh my, are you trying to do a Petsader as an initial crusader build, Adjust91? If so, definitely put something else together, like the Condemn build first. Petsader is even more difficult to get fully up and running than the LoN Bombardment build. Additionally, it's definitely not a pushing build, it's a speed farmer. I had a hard time with a GR 70, and I'm in near GG gear. From the position it sounds like you are in, I would definitely go Condemn because it has really low gearing requirements to get it running in TX. Here's a link to the Condemn build that I use. Shattering Condemn
Yeah man I don't really have a class that can faceroll tx and bounties yet. Well I have my wd but that's just 1 class. Right now I'm torn over the dh with multi and strafe builds and then safer with condemn and lon. So is condemn solid for first build?
I have thinvoker setup now but it's far too slow for my liking. I love my speed clearing and I hate having to mong around in gr auto attacking forever. All I play atm is my multi dh or my angry chicken helltooth wd so speed and efficiency is what I'm after :Pq noticed you don't have steed charge in your condemn build? How would that work for bounties? Sorry just trying to get an all around build going here hahaha I need fast tx and bounties and possible gr climbing, though i know bowmen is fine at g60 so that'd be fine.
Excellent I'll go ahead and try condemn first then and see how I like it! So far nothing beats my helltooth chicken garg but I'm eager to find a successor, otherwise I'll just carry on gearing it instead though according to the speedfarmt comp its dh and sader dominant!
For doing bounties with Condemn, I would definitely slot in Steed Charge in place of Iron Skin: Flash and Swiftmount in the cube. Other than that, I think I would use the same setup. ;D
I'm probably just going to back off on playing my other classes and just focus on my crusader. So I figure If I make 2 crusaders. 1 for grift as lon bombard and the other for bounties as condemn then phalanx bowmen. Again as current I only have my WD that can faceroll content so it'd be nice to finally get a crusader to faceroll content also.
From my understanding; Ashbringer cannot be transmogged and the proc does not scale with LoN set.
I have it Transmogged right now on my condemn sword, but your right about it not scaling.
Ah cool; I asume it was changed then in 2.4 or so? What I thought about the essence is that the weapon it self was so unique, you would need to equip it to benefit its visual and its strength. Therefor you cannot cube it and you 'couldnt?' transmog.
I would really, really, really have liked it if the weapon itself scaled with LoN; it would make it somewhat usefull and interesting.
