Welcome to my Set Dungeons Build Guides and Videos!
You can find general information and Set Dungeon guides for the other classes at my Set Dungeon Thread.
This thread lists the builds for each Crusader Set Dungeon and associated Mastery requirements, and each build has an attached Video of the Mastery clear. As I did the Mastery clears for these Set Dungeons in Seasons, I was missing a lot of gear and wasn't very optimised, so the videos attached may not necessarily reflect what I feel is the best build (especially in the case of the Akkhans Set Dungeon) and I'm happy to take advice on improving the builds.
Difficulty - Hardest to Easiest based on my own experiences (your own attempts may vary!)
Invoker
Light
Akkhan
Rolands
If you have any questions, feel free to comment here or in the build guides themselves.
I was requested by people to recommend the easiest Set Dungeons to do, especially for the Seasonal Journey, so I've gone through each of the classes and ranked them based on my own personal experience. Note that depending on how comfortable you are with the class and set, as well as gear and RNG in the Set Dungeons, your experiences may vary!
Yeah I've noticed this too, I suspect that there's an internal cooldown of some sort for the Morlu monsters that come back to life, so you need to wait a bit longer before you can Condemn them again.
OP said I should freely add my videos to the bunch (I mastered all set dungeons), so for any of you interested in seeing another view on how to solve the set dungeons look at my contribution. Short explanations in video descriptions itself.
I've had a look at your gear and it's quite good for a Paragon level 102! That being said you are missing at least two or three key defensive pieces. At the least I'd try to get an Aquila Cuirass armour in Kanai's Cube and a Belt of the Trove belt. These will each provide 50% damage reduction and will help a great deal especially at very low paragon levels since you can't put many points into Resist All/Armour. Another good defensive option is the Justice Lantern ring, which gives damage reduction based on your block chance.
It sounds like you simply have slightly too low paragon levels as well, especially in the Defensive tab. If damage isn't a problem, follow these extra tips from the Invoker build guide notes itself: use Akarat's Champion - Prophet rune instead of Provoke, change Lord Commander passive to something more defensive, perhaps even wear a Mutilation Guard (if you have one at a decent level).
this is because of an internal cooldown on the skill. not exactly sure of the timer but from what i saw on quinns run through it was about 15 secs i think. could always look it up on diablo wiki maybe.
I am having the hardest tine with Rolands dungeon, I can get almost everything done except the 300 mana, I have done this dungeon about a dozen times the best that I was able to do was 2/5...it seems to be not counting? I lowered my attack and everything to get this. Any suggestions?

Check this Quin69 Area Damage guide. At some point he explains how mob hit box works and why you "see" more mobs that you really hit.
Also, you must know that counter for Condemn objective have cooldown so you won't spam Condemn on one pack of mobs till you complete it.
