Hello all, this is my first time posting here and i was wondering about some things to improve my barb. currently i am comfortable doing T6 i kill enemies fast but i get wrecked by about half of the elites i encounter. this is without the Unity ring. Some one recently told me that barbs require a certain amount of all resist. Now my toughness is fairly low simply because i sacrifice toughness for damage in as many places i can. just curious how many good players end up with +1 million DPS and +10 million toughness.
now imagine that each item you have in each slot has its ideal stats to role. now i wont list numbers but i will list the stats that i believe should be on that piece so please if anyone sees something wrong with my list let me know. i will be referring to certain pieces of my gear in some situations because they might role specific stats, such as SoJ and Cinder Coat. I am speaking for a Fire Leap Quake Build.

Sockets (2) (Strength Gems)

So there is my list, now i know that CDR and sockets dont add to the Sheet DPS and know that Sheet DPS isn't everything. but the sheet Toughness is still important and this is something that i would really like direction on. if anyone out ther can help that would be fantastic
Well, seeing your stat prio as this, you'll get MAX 450 all resist -WITH- paragon points.. That's not enough.. I also struggle a bit with all res on my barb, and I find shoulders, head and belt are a good place to get some extra all res.. It's all a matter of finding the right balance, and if you have to you should use all res gems instead of strenght, simply because dead players don't do damage...
