Today I present my first PTR testing video where I showcase the new (awesome) changes to Furious Charge, specifically when used with the Raekor's set.
In this video I talk about the range/animation updates, pathing improvements (it'll take you around waller!), permafreezing, damage immunity, and demo the new Telebarb. Enjoy!
Something I forgot to mention in the video but showcased and will be talking about in my actual upcoming greater rift/build video - you can charge as short of a distance as you want, so if you train ~4 elites together, you can actually infinitely charge them until they're dead (while being immune to damage yourself). Very strong mechanic - we'll see if it sticks.
I see you did not mention the New Vile Ward Leg Effect, Furious Charge Deals +35% for every enemy hit. what are your thoughts?
I'd have to find a new one to try it out. Charge already does ridiculous damage. The limitation of the build is what to do when charge goes on cooldown (rift guardian mainly, and poor gameplay skills). If/when I find a new one, I'll report back.
Interesting, but still very very weak against bosses. 😞
Only against rift guardians. It's still very strong against elites if there's at least 3 targets. For RGs, a build I'm working on uses IK set for perma ancients. Ancients - while still a little weak overall, are pretty good against single target.
