I'm at the point where I can comfortably do Torment IV with my Barbarian at the above profile, but Torment V and VI are proving to be a bit of a survivability problem. I don't currently have the "Your follower can't die" relic for my Templar to use the Unity trick, and find the damage taken to be pretty brutal.
Some current issues:
1. Low Resist All
2. Low Health Globes/Secondary Stat
In general I'm curious if the community has any specific advice to make my intended transition to Torment 5 and 6 more successful.
Let me know if you see any pieces of gear I should be spending Gambling rolls on to replace, and if you have any advice when it comes to Active Skills or Passives to significantly increase survivability.

Just gonna toss a few ideas out there (I just made the transition from T4 to T6 about 2 weeks ago):
- Helm: The fire dmg from an Andariel's is nice, but there can be other options; I use an earth set helm (str/vit/cc/socket) and Magefist. Given your low HP (armory shows you at 257k while mine is at 430k) you could opt for a life gem, although CDR is much more preferred.
- 2 pc IK: You would have the 3 pc bonus due to the RoRG, and since you are running Bloodthirst it's a nice additional life per fury spent. Not to mention the 100 AR from the 2 pc (which you mentioned you feel you need more of). I run belt + chest...and yes it does pain me not to be using my cinder + Harrington, but the survivability boost I got in return has made T6 go much smoother for me. With AR in the boot and shoulder slots I can probably swap back to my Cinder + Harrington, though (once I get said items, that is).
Bracer is great, rings are good (I'm jelly of your RoRG, I had to reroll an int one), weapons are good (could maybe gun for a better Devastator but I think you'd be better off just hoping for an equal dps/stat Burning Axe to drop). I'm aiming for a set of Luts with AR, but I can't find them at the Kadala Store no matter how many Kadala bills I throw at that woman.
Edit: Forgot a couple of things; I would consider the weapon master passive if you're below 40% crit (especially running Bloodbath rune). Also Impunity rune for War Cry (BananaRiot beat me to that). Last, no unity trick in use by me, but that's due to only having 1 Unity plus I run with friends 90% of the time I'm on D3.

But....
I have a belt of cassius, extends ignore pain duration.
Also....I use warcry impunity for more resistances
I also decided to use the stun jump, which combos nicely with haunt of vaxxo. It does get rough when I encounter certain mobs on t6 though.
