I've seen a few video clips where people throw on alternate gear before using their CotA with 4 piece IK.
So a few questions:
1. Does this actually increase your ancient's attack speed once you swap back to regular gear? If so is there any way to test and does that apply with Theo's gloves once you've removed them?
2. I've compiled a brief list of items with attack speed if this proves true to help anyone find optimal pieces. Any missed items or input is appreciated, thanks.
Helm -> Andariels (7%) Neck -> Any (7%) Shoulders -> N/A Chest -> Tal Rasha (6%) Gloves -> Any (7%) Bracer -> Steady Strikers (7%) Belt -> Hellcat Waistguard (7%) Rings -> Any (7%) -> Oculus Ring (16%)Pants -> Old Innas? Boots -> Old Asheara's Tracks? (5%) Weapons -> Any (7%)
If you guys know of any better Attack speed items please post them and I will update the list accordingly. Thanks!
Washi - Thanks for the T&T info. As for testing I was more curious if someone else had already started testing etc, not attempting to be lazy and ignore trying it on my own time.
So it really matters at which ApS you Snapshot your Ancients.
Tasker and Theos will just multiply the normal or Snapshotet ApS: *1.4-*1.5 (Only if you wear T n T after Snapshoting)
Additonal info: Only you Main Hand attackspeed counts, so if you want to get to the 3.0 Breakpoint use legacy Echoing Fury in Off Hand.
You cant snapshot anything but IAS for Ancients
I did a lot of testing i hope the numbers are accurate

CotA Attackspeed Breakpoints:
It seems like Ancients normaly have 1.0 attacks/sec if you have 1.0 attacks/sec, but they dont have 3.0 attacks/sec when you have 3.0 attacks/sec.
It works like this:
Your ApS / Ancients ApS:
1.00 / 1.00
1.99 / 1.17
2.00 / 1.50
2.99 / 1.66
3.00 / 2.00
