I'm kinda noob here as I could not make up my mind. Could anyone give me a hint on which set should I be using to get the highest DPS?
I'm currently using the Sunkeeper and Sankis. But it seems like Bul Kathos is giving me a very high Crits. It's like 13 Mil per sec crit when Whirlwinding proc.

here's the other link. I couldn't make it large enough.
Thanks guys!! I'm really appreciate the suggestion and feedback.
I do have 1 more question to add in, my BK set have a 10% CDR. Which I think it's really contributing the overall dps. What you guys thing? Just for the sake of discussion, don't take it as biasing on any side of both weapon set.
Mad Monarch can be a good main-hand to use if you don't have Sankis yet (off-handing devastator), but since Sankis gives both 20% fire and a pretty good survival proc it's always going to be the obvious choice for an EQ off-hand weapon. The only time the DPS on Sankis is going to be relevant is if you use HotA as a fury spender, which almost no one does anymore.
Berthus... can I ask you why Sankis? I really don't understand why almost everyone is preferring this axe.
I also have it... but even with mad monarch I get better DPS.
What is the secret with this? Thank you in advance.
The dps is non important, important for the dmg of your Earthquake is only that you have high strenght as well as crit dmg and Fire dmg% on your offhand. As well, since you jump in, the proc effect is pretty good.
For any secondary attack Sankis is the best since those profit of your offhands weapon dps(stuff like hota, SS, and so on)
Edit: Just looked up your profile, considering your gear, this topic isnt really helping you at all since non EQ based builds are na entirely different thing
Berthus, what do you think if I roll my Sankis from 750 Str to 10% CDR for Leapquake?
As 750Str give around 19,500 DPS on paper out of the 450,000 DPS you have ( For example). Then it is a 5% increase in term of DPS.
If I change this 750str to CDR 10%:
Total 3 leapquake = 4500% x 3leap x 40% fire damage = 18,900% fire damage.
So 18,900% / ( 2 sec for 3 leaps and 10 sec for cool down) = 1,575% fire damage / second.
When CDR 10% comes in, 18,900% / (2 sec for 3 leaps remain + 9 sec for cool down) = 1,718% fire damage / second.
On this, (1718 / 1575 ) % = 9%
So overall, it would be beneficial with CDR 10%?
I'm not sure my understanding on blizzard DPS calculation but this look correct to me particularly on Leapquake build.
It is a little contradict when you mention the reduce damage of 10% dmg when we put in the CDR. But what about dmg reduction for having str but without CDR?
Why not we put it this way. A Character with Total DPS on paper is 100,000 and base 20% CDR with additionally putting in a 10% CDR or 750str will contribute more damage?
Add Str only. Not factor in the additional 10% CDR:
As 750 str is 10% of the total str on paper but it will not contribute 10% of the overall damage (DPS) on paper. So putting in 750str will not increase overall 10% damage. As from the previous calculation, it will only benefit 5% of the overall DPS on paper (I have roughly check on the paragon stat). Since 5% increase in DPS will proportionally increase the damage of quake 4500% for 5% in total dmg. For this, we already factor in the base CDR of 20% as this is an additional stat given to the character. So overall dmg boost is about 5%.
Add 10% CDR without factoring 750 str:
As 10% CDR with base 20%CDR:
With base 20% CDR = average dmg on quake is 1890/sec
with total 30% CDR = average dmg on quake is 2100/sec
From here it is a huge boost for about 11%. And this is not needed to reduce the str as we are taking this as additional stat same as str added in above.
It's not personal and don't feel offensive on the discussion. I wasn't thinking right at the first place. Just would like to make my Character fight better. Cheer!!

but if you are going leap build with earth set devstator + sankis is the way to go

I'll probably change back to sankis set.
As Monarch does not have anything but the proc. We want somethign more consistent.
