Good or bad depends on how lucky you have been with your drops. Overall I think you are on the right track with stats, you just need more of them. However, you could probably benefit quite a bit from enchanting some of your items (if not all of them). I'll give you two examples:
"Life per second" to "Critical Hit Damage" or "Attack Speed" on your first ring
"Reduce all resource cost" to "Critical Hit Chance" on gloves
These are just two obvious examples on how to improve your damage quite a bit. Don't just accept things as they are, make them the way you want :-).
Unless you get 100% perfect rolls on your items you should really use the mystic to enchant all your gear.
I took a quick look and here's what I would do:
Bonesaber:
Remove LoH and get a socket to put a green gem into.
Boots:
Remove LpS and get 10-12% movementspeed
Legs:
Try find new legs with 4 primary stats (str, vit, 2 sockets, all res) OR remove LpS and try get 2 sockets.
Rings:
On rings you want str, 6% crit chance, 50% crit damage and either vit / attack speed
Bracers:
Change LpS into vit
Helm:
Get a new one with 4 primary stats. A socket is useful if you need more toughness (put a purple gem into it) or get +% dmg to a skill you use.
Shoulders:
You don't seem to be using Rend at the moment, so change +% rend damage into %life for more toughness.
Glovse:
Change resource reduction into 10% crit chance.
Belt:
You also don't seem to be using Bash atm, so change +% Bash damage into either +% dmg in a skill you use or another stat for more toughness.
Chest:
Change the 1 socket into 3 sockets.
I also see you have +10% lightning damage on your bracers that you aren't using either. You can swap runes on your skills to make them do lightning damage and thus boosting that damage further since you have that increased % lightning damage.
If you want to go down that road (+% lightning damage), try look for items with +% lightning damage. You can get this from various Legendaries and it also rolls on rare bracers (like the ones you have) and rare amulets.
