You have no healing at all, get bloodthirst and healthglobe bonus on your shoulders. I'm not a fan of whirlwind it's just not enough weapondamage compared to hota, seismic slam or rend. Elemental damage is really strong seems you're using a lightning build so get some lightning bonusses. I'm using a fire hota build atm with furious charge works really well.

Its WW or no barb at all for me :\
Think I just need to farm for Thunderfury or Shard of Hate and wait for imba damage
Drop 2 of your survival passives, get bloodthirst (healing) and weapon master (damage). You also could really use picking up Battlerage. Next up you're playing a Whirlwind spec but using Ground Stomp (which breaks the animation), now i'd understand if you were using the trembling stomp rune as it gives some pretty brutal damage, but even then it's not really ideal for a whirlwind spec due to the fact that it stops you from whirlwinding. I understand the big stun adds a lot of control but with whirlwind you can very easily get yourself out of trouble. Ground Stomp is an amazing ability for both solo and especially group play but I don't think it fits with a whirlwind spec personally.
You also have no main fury generator, I've not tried playing that way but I'd imagine it pretty frustrating, having Frenzy with the Smite rune can allow you to quickly build Fury when in need and also allows you to effectively stunlock monsters, while still providing respectable single target damage. Wrath of the Berserker is certainly popular but personally I don't like it, the downtime is annoying and makes you feel gimped without it, if you're going to take it then i'd think you would go for the 50% damage and not the dodge bonus.
It seems almost as if you're trying to play a tank/control/support spec and mix it with whirlwind, which in my eyes is really a conflict of interests. Whirlwind works best with Overpower (does not break animation), battle rage (passive damage) and warcry (passive survival/healing and fury generator). Avalanch is definitely worth you looking at, with the rune that allows you to stack it to 3 it can provide good burst, while the whirlwind provides a good way of using fury to reduce the cooldown. There are a tonne of things to consider but personally I think your spec (as I see it on armory) is an issue.
Looking at your gear
Maybe you should drop your shield for another 1hander for playing whirlwind, I understand it's a pretty kickass shield with the lightning damage and attack speed but if you're struggling in Torment 2 with this level of gear something has to be wrong, I've not tested playing with your exact setup but It stands out to me as one of the only issues I can really see. Obviously getting a weapon like Shard of Hate, Odyns Son, Fulminator or Thunderfury can be a game changer, but you have to make do with what you have.
Man, my barb is crap compared to yours (half damage) and I can still eek out farming T1. As said above, you just need to optimize your build (just made it to 70). Why don't you combine the sword and board passive with Frenzy-smite/maniac and replace the WW with HoTA. I know you don't want to give up the WW, but they nerfed it pretty bad, so why not generate a ton of fury with the S&B passive and frenzy, ground stomp-wrenching smash, and Hammer the Buh-jesis out of those poor souls who are now within striking distance? Bonus if you add Brawler and use the thunderstrike run with HoTA.

Wow, thanks for the good answer but I can see that my armory is updated just now.
Just running chests in Core of Arret so this build and gear are just for that :\
So here is my barb:
http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/profile/snakzz-2295/hero/31113832
For the moment I can only farm T1 and if I do it alone it takes one hell of time.
When I do T2 in party I am very fragile and I feel its not efficient at all..
What can I do?
Where can I upgrade / change builds? Is it me that just play bad?
Think I just need to farm for Thunderfury or Shard of Hate and wait for imba damage
Yea, I need some life on hit or healing I see
Thanks!
Atleast in T2 and higher...
