You will want to switch away from LOH, and go towards lifesteal if your dps is above 45k. If you can keep the LOH and gain the lifesteal than great. Since the coeffecient is being nerffed come 1.05, that means that your LOH wont heal as much due to the coeffecient being used to determine how much healing you get per hit of the tornados. Lifeleach is applied as a static % of your damage as healing every hit. As you become more reliant on the dps from whirlwind, lifesteal becomes more and more important as a source of healing, especially in MP10. Also to play in MP10, you are going to want to get more HP, and have your resists a little higher than they currently are, as the monsters tend to hit really hard.
in 1.04 i use 35-37 (unbuffed) chance to critical and its good for me... i used 40+ sometimes and i dont see so many changes on it
so what we going to loose on the next patch? only loh we cant use it anymore?
As a monk, I play ML4 with 26%, and 50k dps, and it is pretty smooth.
You probably mean a decent amount to have enough fury to spam Ww and sprint 100% of the time...

I have no issues with rage right now. Hopefully it stays the same in 1.0.5
