Well honestly if you want better "dmg and surv", get more expensive gear with higher stats, simple as that. There's no secret or magic in becoming more powerful in diablo. You're on the right track by choosing gear with fewer affixes/high rolls, this is more cost efficient better than getting gear with more affixes/low rolls. However eventually you will want gear that has all the possible useful affixes for that particular slot.
If you ask for an immediate suggestion without spending a tonne of money, I'd replace your amulet with one that has crit/crit damage rather than resist/life%; replace your bracer with one that has vitality, even at the cost of losing the crit. Same with shoulders - lose the life% as it is an extremely expensive stat in combination with strength/vitality/all resist, and your vitality is too low for this stat to be helpful. I would also replace your helm with one that has a socket, as 1) your DPS isn't quite high enough to warrant getting attack speed and 2) your build doesn't need attack speed anyway. I suggest a cheap Immortal King Triumph, even the worst ones are pretty good.
Timmylol, il have a look at the items u sugest chaning and see what i can get ahold of=)
Grimfist, its not any BIG problem with act3, random affix are random, what i meant was that some type of combos on the elite affix are harder than others, making me struggle on em abit. i run a full clear with around 3-7deaths.
I used the though as nails/nerves of steal a weekago, but found out that using bloodthirst greatly increased my LS. going from 2.9k ticks to 4.7-5.6k ticks, witch i feel more comfortable with.
The pants im using now is with the mf for the randomnes of drops.
Dont got much gold since iw always vendored almost everything iw dropped that aint for barbs/monks.
All my items except the belt and gloves are drops iw had.
I know theres a long way for that 300k dmg screen, was just looking for a few pointers and i got em=)
And btw, i didnt say i had problems with act3 solo, said i havent tried act4 solo yet;)
