What do you call a 100 Paragon Barbarian? Chuck Norris
Do you think with Paragon 100 that Diablo would be any tougher? Or will we be able to kill him with a gazillion-dps 'physical damage to attackers' buff by just standing next to him?
What happens when a just-turned-60 player co-ops with a Paragon 100? He'll need 'sprint' just to get to the boss before he dies.
I think Blizzard is counting on our eyesight being so bad after 3 years of ACTIII at 30 runs per day, that Diablo will be a challenge just to find.
Let me get this straight: you farm Inferno to get gear to sell to buy gear to farm inferno to get gear to ...
600% Magic Find? Even the urns will drop lvl63s!
I'll glow
Better buy chains for your monitor, WW will throw it across the room.
We'd better get a 'jailer' cast or the bosses will probably run and hide.

1: MF is capped at 300% with the patch (375% if you got 5x Neph Valor).
2: As of right now, jars/chests/etc still not affected by MF.
3: Item level has zero bearing on Item quality (and vice-versa). More MF =/= More ilevel 63s. More MF = More Blues/Rares/Legendaries/Sets
I'll be interested to see how the extra stats help out. For a barb, having an extra 300 strength and 200 vitality (I think you get 3str/1dex/1int/2vit per level) will make it easier to not need godly gear in later Inferno. Not saying it'll be a huge bonus, but at least we're seeing SOME sort of progression after we hit 60.
Have you seen the charts describing how much XP you need per level at higher levels? It's a gazillion!!! It's a nice way of handling XP after 60, but it's not meant to take the place of farming and buying gear with better stats. I think the real benefit of the paragon system is getting the 3% MF per level without having to depend on getting 2 sets of gear.

Item level does affect quality, ilvl63's have a higher threshold for their stats, also the more MF you have the more props your rares can roll = more stats on your items. More MF also means that some of those white and blue ilvl63's you see drop can be rare instead, so you would be picking up more yellow 63's.
OP: I think you're overestimating 100 paragon, it would only be an extra 300 points in your main stat, my WW barb clears A3 pretty easily and I only have ~1300 str, if I was magically maxed on paragon I'd only be at 1600 and there are tons of people passing 2k str already. I really think paragon levels are just going to be a long term aid to MF, and to give people something to do after they beat Diablo.

For me, it came out to roughly a 20% DPS increase, and a 25% EHP increase, going from PL0 to PL100.
For people who already have sweet gear, it will be a smaller benefit.
Yeah, a 20% dps increase is nice, but you are bound to get a lot better gear a lot faster than you reach PL100. Even if you only farm all your gear and don't use the auction house I reckon you'll have sick gear once you hit PL60.

(10 chars wtf)
I did the maths with my (rather poor) gear: see http://www.diablofan...on-level-stats/
