I'm on my way to farming act three but am having a difficult time. My question to you guys is which item's could I replace relatively cheaply (my total gold is about 3 mil...) and in which order would you replace them? I appreciate the help greatly.
The problem is your budget. You have a pretty decent set, but all you can spend on upgrades is 3m (and probably not even that much considering you need some spare change in the bank for repairs). I'll give it a shot, though I'm basically ignoring your budget:

Ok, so I started to make a list, but it's pointless. Basically, every one of your pieces is "meh", but to upgrade any one of them will be somewhat expensive because none of them are garbage, just sub-optimal (i.e., missing one or two critical stats, low rolls on critical stats, etc.). You need a lot more than 3m to see an appreciable increase in capability. Just keep farming I suppose (or bust out the checkbook :D).
get a higher dps for ur OH, it is dragging ur overall dps... both weapon have to share the load of the LOH. For the critical dmg, a socket on each weapon will solve the problem for the moment.
Shoulder and belt shld have 200+ str at least... u can get vit from chest and pants ( 3 and 2 slot). ur ring shld get str and critical chance some ar if possible . str and ciritical chance + dmg is just too expensive.
u need 40% to begin with and abt 50% for act 3. Critical chance is the bread and butter for WW build. Once u got the right amount of critical chance for ur small tor to function properly then u can being worry abt ur critical dmg ( get 2 radiant star and u will have a base of 300% critical dmg without ur weapons or gear own critical dmg)
WW build frocus mainly on its weapons and critical chance. i tried to find both weapon at the abt the same dps( the differents shld be not more than 100 i guess) if possible. I dun wish to test whether if the overall dmg tell the same story. The weapon just to need to have decent amount of LOH and socket. Low dps (500) with high str (100 to 200) can also be used since str add dmg and amour.
Actually ww build is based on the concept of TOC of WOTB. it give u the edge against jailler + frozen combo with either one of offensive spell or more ( arcane beam, desecrate , molten. and etc). Yes, overpower will save u for time to time but the timing of jailer and frozen tgt is too crazy( i was once frozen for 2 or 3 times in a row) and 15 sec cooldown is quite long if u can't cast ur small tor. if u remove it u be like a fast moving sword and board barb.
As been mentioned before, tornadoes only benefit from MH damage. Whirlwind on otherhand switches between weapons but tornadoes are already doing most of the damage anyways, so for low budget it's easier to go for a low damage statstick for offhand (to pump up loh & crit damage). Kripparrian for example has quite good explanation video about the mechanics behind the build.
i assumed that the weapon dmg taken account in the small tor is the avg dps for both weapon ( worst case scenario).With this new info selection of weapons much easier. Thanks :Thumbs Up:
For WW build (sprint, battle rage ,WOTB) and one fury spender skill( ww or rend or slam) ) is a must. Leaving with have 2 slot to play around. Frenzy with smith is good for me when u are left with 1 mob. U can also use bash or cleave too, This is up to ur preference. The next skill is battle cry.
In order to have overpower included in the build, I find the only solution is to replace battle cry with it but this will reduce ur survivability by certain amount. It is a hard choice to make.
This only apply to champions. Usually the jailer + frozen combo begins with the placement of the ice bombs next or around you. As u are abt shift ur position, jailer is cast. next another set of ice bombs are place. u might a small window to shift position but it may too small. U might get another set of bombs but quite rarely as the third one will cast one offense spell if it has it in their traits. WOTB with toc prevent such thing from happening as it neglect crowd control. removing 2 traits from the elite.
Anyway my points is WOTB with TOC cannot be replace with overpower. Out of the 6 skill., 5 are quite fixed . Overpower is good but is hard to beincluded into the build.
I'm currently running a3 with WW build rather easily, and if you want to do act3 the things that stand out the most in your gear is really not the damage, your damage is definitely high enough for act3 (more will be faster but you have more pressing issues at the moment).
My suggest is you need to get ~40k hp (your current hp is pretty decent) but mainly you need much more all resist, around 600+ unbuffed (9xx with impunity) to farm act3 effectively without dying much (i have 950 AR with impunity and die about twice in a full act3 run).
About LoH you weapons are good, you usually want main hand without LoH and an off hand with 800+ life on hit. However, that is not enough alone, you also need a 400+ LoH amulet.
To summarize, get an amulet with 400+ LoH, and boost your all resist a lot (without hurting your damage and max hp).
P.S. I saw the issue raised here of WoTB with TOC and it is definately not mandatory for this build, I run WoTB with slaughter and find it much more effective for me, makes the really hard champion packs take 4-5 seconds instead of quite a bit of time (most champion packs are pretty easy even without WoTB)
His gear have already exceed the min requirement ..... once u exceed u can start to change/tweet the build to suit you. But WOTB with toc is the basic building block for this build. (sprint + battle rage and one fury spender)

die so fast...u mean once the mob enter ur small tor and it dies within seconds? that tor deal 60% of ur weapon dmg from ur mh. If so ur gear is too sick already..then it doens't matter what skill u r using anymore. they are dying too fast to do anything to you.
That the main setback of WOTB with TOC u must always be killing or hitting stuff. In return u cannot be stopped by anything except wallers which will frustrate u abit coz u need to get around it. If u use overpower u will be stop from now and then and it will breaking ur momentum.
slaughter has a 2 min cooldown, last 15 sec and elite drop like flies in 4-5sec... u r moving at 30% speed. How many elite can u faced in that 2 mins of cooldown. it means most of time u r killing elite without slaughter or worst u r waiting for slaughter to up before u can kill them.
hmm... diablo 3 is not like WOW. New feature are not so frequent. Anyway there is hardcore for u to complete if u think u r bored. Hardcore is different scenario.

My gear is not too sick its just above average, i think many ppl are arround my gear lvl and i was thinking that arround that gear lvl wotb toc is not that great since u cant keep it up (atleast i cant).
Now about overpower its a skill choise that goes better with my gear and i know you loose all the mobility it gives you again cc elites but on the other hand tornado/ww is a kite spec not a sword and board to just stand in the fire and hit, so i have np to kite them abit more or pay attention to the cc and avoid it most of the times.

96k dps with critical chance of 45.5 and dmg at 421% that is sick enough.
