Been seeing alot of barbs run this and was curious on the build that you use for it, and how you should be itemizing mainly, anyone have any tips on this?
first: try to get as much crit chance as you can afford (for me it startet working around 30%), weapon master + axe/mace and ruthless can help you there..you need that for rage generation through battle rage - into the fray.
second: get loh / lifeleech (=heal). you will need a decent amount of self heal, so you don't die..loh is expensive, but is very good at lower gear levels. when you got better gear / weapons you can move towards lifeleech (e.g. bloodthirst).
third: maintain a reasonable amount of allres / armor / hp (depending on the act your going for). the less dmg you take, the longer you survive. makes sense? i'm farming act 3 atm going with ~40k hp, 800allres with shout and 6,5k armor. armor passives can help you there..superstition may also help you if you have rage problems..
fourth: if you maintain all of the above, there is only one way to go: more dps! since this build depends on a high crit chance, the best way to boost dps is increasing crit-dmg. go for it! i'm currently at 190% and selfheal from lifeleech (got 2.9% belt, 3% weapon, 3% from bloodthirst) gets better and better! maxing out other stats like str, crit chance and ias also improves dps output.
hope this helps you a bit..this build is really fun but i'm afraid it will be nerfed anytime soon.. :[
not gonna be nerfed buddy. items only get better and better and blizzard doesn't care about pvp balance or how fast you can kill. Only care about bugs like the wizard and dh bugs.

Someone would have to do the math between this and a thread on damage of WW/sprint breakdown; it's a complex question. For the tornadoes themselves, you're better off with the crit/crit OH (especially if it's fast for faster tornado ticks), but the MH/OH combo will depend more on your setup. With a mighty weapon MH or with many mobs, you'll get lots of WW out, but at low(er) crit, or no mighty weapon MH, against 1-2 enemies (QQ ranged) you'll primarily be using sprint to do your DPS.
using an axe in mh, my crit hit is about 38% or so.
U recommend using the low dps high crit dmg oh while using mainly sprint, and switch to high dps loh weapon (no crit dmg) offhand when i use ww alot?
I would try and get your % crit to 30% no matter what hand bc that is where you tornado damage comes from. For me I switched to A mace b/c of the 10% passive with wep master bonus. ON my main hand. I then have a Mighty Wep on my off hand with a Ton of LoH b/c WW uses both hands and again receives a nice bonus of fury on hit again b/c of the passive (wep master)

that being said, you still need to have above 900dps on mh and above 600 on OH...which is y this is an expensive build.
I've got to disagree. I'm tired of hunting through auctions so I've got some REALLY AWFUL gear pieces still on (like 40 strength, 240 vit, 20 phys res, no other stat pants), and I'm using a 957 MH (axe) and 460 OH (mace -- 800+ LoH, 84% crit + socket -- found just a couple runs ago, over a dagger with half the LoH and 30% less crit), sans Wrath (using bash for the moment; looking to switch wrath in when I get a mighty weapon) and A2 elites die in seconds solo, with only shielding/extra health having any chance to survive for an extended time.
I think my damage will come up to a considerably reasonable A3 farming level with a mighty weapon and good chest/pants/belt that I don't have yet. I've no intention of changing the OH.
If you think a 950 DPS weapon is expensive for farming A3, I don't know what to tell you other than to not farm A3. I rolled through A1 using a pair of <500 DPS weapons that both had LoH when I was lagging out really badly.
