Funny thing, when casting WOTB you transform into a big hairy Barb. From what I saw, your gear(Other than your weapon) doesn't show through. So WOTB barbs will all look the same.

That's a pretty old video so I wouldn't be so sure that they haven't changed the skill up a bit since then.
