Doesn't really look like you even need fury that badly - only 2 of your moves uses it and one of them has a 2 minute cooldown. Stick to frenzy for attacks and switch out most of the golden runes for higher damage/survivability imo
The fury gen is to keep Wrath up perpetually, not to use on skills.
I did that build at work, i think i'll throw some info in a spreadsheet and see the amount of RPS that it would generate to see if/where i could change some of those.
Edit: In a worst case scenario after hitting only 1 target charging in, you would need to bash 5 times in the 10 second CD period for F. Charge to keep Wrath up. If you crit at any point, the required bash numbers reduce drastically, down to 0 if you chain together overpower crits. You would need 4 OP crits, either chained against a single target, or hit 4 targets that crit.
So, I started with a frenzy base, as it gives a ton of attack speed. With a crimson rune inside of it, it will also boost my damage to 120% of the 20% hit taken by frenzy itself. Also, I am making frenzy my "base" attack instead of a person buff which i will have to concern myself with attacking a mob every x seconds to maintain it. That doesn't sound fun to me.
Next, my play style loves mobility, so leap/charge were a requirement. It just happens that I feel charge will be more fun, and that it gives a large some of heals with a golden rune. So, I can use this as a form of "imitation" or an "o shi" button being that I will be going toe to toe with monsters.
Next, I had to pick warcry with a crimson rune, as I feel this is the backbone of a barb. 260% armor bonus is huge, and something that is very helpful when tanking damage.
Being the "base" of my build, I had options as to what I wanted to focus on next. I thought, the synergy of a frenzy's attack speed would go well with overpower, a crit based move. I must say, the revenge/overpower skill concepts are amazing, and I love them. Reaction based is always a nice touch :). So, as I was saying, if I attack like a hippy on speed, my chances to proc overpower will be high, giving me a sense of aoe (not sure how exactly it works, but i know it does have some aoe to it). I would also pop a crimson rune into it to increase my chances of proc-ing the skill and boost my damage (because crits are always cool right?).
My next skill I threw in was revenge, as I would be soaking up a ton of shots, and its bound be to proc-ed. Also, with an alabaster rune, i get a 27% chance to crit bonus. Again, more crits, more damage, more overpower, more .... WINNING! Also, this skill gives health replenishment which is nice to have.
As for my final skill, I am torn. I want something highly offensive but not an attack. As stated, my "attack" is frenzy, and ill have revenge/overpower to supplement my aoe. If i get too preoccupied with doing other attacks, I will loose my frenzy buff which I dont want to loose. So, I feel my two options are battle rage for 30% damage and 4%+ crit rating. This one is quite self explanatory... more damage, and more crit rating. I am unsure, however, if i would rather have an alabaster or crimson rune. Being that I would attack insanely fast, and critting a lot, the 55% aoe weapon damage proc on crits would be a nice aoe touch to my build. On the other hand, 100% damage boost is always nice. It would have to come down to in game choice imo. Also, i could use battle rage at the start of every fight after using warcry.
My other option is, wraith of the berserker. Being that I have almost 0 fury dump in this build, this would give the build a place to dump. The stats on wraith are quite nice also. 45% attackspeed (always a plus), 10% crit chance (synergies with build well), 20% dodge chance (more tank is always nice), 20% movement speed (a perk). If i went with wraith, I would either go crimson with 75% damage bonous, or golden for 9 fury=1 second. Being that I would be generating a ton of fury from my stupid fast attackspeed frenzy, that could work. The only downsides to this pick would be:
1. could not use it before a fight, would have to stop for a split second
2. the duration is very short
3. if i go golden rune, I take a hit to potential damage outcome
Passives:
1. bloodthirst
2. ruthless
3. inspiring presence/boon of bul-kathos (battle rage/wraith builds)
reason for bloodthirst is, i will be taking a lot of damage and also dealing a ton. My hopes is, this will add a sizable cushioning to my life pool.
reason for ruthless is, my barb will quickly become a critstorm in fights, therefore a 50% increase in crit damage will be a large increase in my overall dps. Not to mention a 5% higher crit rate to start with, shortening the length of time before overpower will proc.
reasoning for inspiring presence is, I dont want to be hampered with having to recast buffs, as i feel 60s will be more than enough time for a fight to take place (late game). The hp regen is also nice. With warcry, i can be topped off before every fight (if i want to spend the time to wait that is....)
reasoning for boon is, the cooldown on wraith is way to long for my liking, and I want to be firing at 100% every fight, not every other other other.
This build, Pros:
HIGH single target dps
HIGH crit rating
crit damage
reactive (fun for me)
sustainable with hp replenishment
fury sustainable
blurmode!
Cons:
LOW aoe
no fury dump
may not be fun for everyone?
Ok, so this build is more about fury generation than anything, and doesn't really have too much of a fury dump.
If IttF only counts rage gained when your bar isn't full, you could spam Battle Rage as needed so that you are always "gaining" rage.
This build would need to stack crit HEAVILY since it's not getting a lot of crit procs/buffs and relies on crit for fury gen.
Following that will be Armor/Resists/Leech so that you're not soft and scrumply (new word!). Superstition is there because I'm worried about survivability vs magic (since it may be hitting you without you being in leech range). Warcry (Obs) would allow me to get any given level of survivability without actually stating that much, which I'm hoping allows me to wear more crit.
Not sure that I'd be willing to sub out either of the rage passives for Weapons Master (unless you can get Mighty Axes/Maces, then I need to make some tough choices ::firstworldproblems:: ).
edit: another problem with the build is its near absolute reliance on a crit to deal with packs of monsters via OP.
Solid build, yet I would lean towards Invigorate rather than Impunity. I'm sure once you have solid gear your resistances will be tip top... who knows though =)

Thanks. The Warcry rune can go a couple of ways, depending on how inferno plays out. I went with obsidian since it turns an armor buff into effectively a %dam reduction ability (not quite, but close enough). I'm basically depending on leech for survivability and the hp i get from that is helped more by being more resistant than it is by having a bigger pool-of-not-dead points.
But heck, if mage mobs don't actually do damage, i might just go for the armor or dodge. Hell, maybe the extra fury just for the "oh crap, wrath is about to run out!" factor.
I don't see why you'd want cleave with Frenzy, personally. To me, Frenzy is important to accomplish one thing:
MASS numbers of attacks (my preferred playstyle heh) that benefit from flat bonuses due to the sheer number of attacks.
With this in mind, what do we have to benefits from each attack by itself as opposed to, say, % bonuses that matter not what your atk speed is?
Well, first off we have Weapon Master: +1 fury per hit with our signature weapons type. What barb wont use Mighty weapons? Probably none, so Frenzy builds benefit (almost exclusively in fact) from this bonus. Who cares if you add 1 fury gain to your 13 fury bash or 11 Fury Cleave after all? Not as much as 1 per hit every quarter second
The second thing we have is criticals! Sure, crits double damage (2.5 with Ruthless, i'll get to that) so all weapons are good; however, check out some of our runes:
Battle Rage - Golden (Into the Fray) 7 Fury per crit
Battle Rage - Obsidian (Swords to Ploughshares) 20% chance of stuff or globes dropping per crit
Hammer of the Ancients - Golden (Birthright) 55% stuff or globes per crit (And I think this is per mob, AoE attack)
Sure, 2/3 of these are for something...non-optimal...for damage. But for farming, it is quite strong to say the least.
I'm guessing 100% crit on Hammer is easy to get, all you need is 22% crit from items...this is as long as Overpower and Revenge buff's are always up (Overpower is easy, revenge is the only real X-factor, but shouldn't be hard as a barb in the thick of it).
And your basic attacks would be critting nonstop...this either gives you amazing chances for drops while farming (Not to mention these two skills double as heals due to globes popping outa the monsters) or ridiculous Fury generation while you do a combat build like so:
This build, however, is rather squishy without the globes or any real defense...though one of the strongest Berserker builds I can think of; Rend being one of the best Fury dumps I can see that is also an AoE attack. This synergizes with Frenzy being single-target, and buffing your damage while generating insane levels of Fury.
Which brings me back to my first point: With Frenzy, Battle Rage w/ Golden rune, and crit stacking...you should outproduce bash or cleave in fury by leaps and bounds. Each hit generates 3 fury base at 60. Weapon Master increases that to 4. Animosity either increases that to 5, or 4.4 (more likely). And every crit adds a whopping 7! That almost doubles the rage gen per hit...and you are attacking at ridiculous speeds meaning that flat 7 bonus per crit is going to count for tons of Fury generation over the other two options.
Then, you get to find a fun skill to dump that Fury on! There is actually a number of choices...but I feel Rend is best for pure damage (switching to Crimson Hammer on bosses w/o adds perhaps). There are, then, a number of choices to add survival if you need. Dropping damage output from rend for Life gain would work...especially since you can just use Rend so much you would start to get massive ticks of healing coming in.
Revenge and Overpower are also AoE attacks, that are Fury free! Overpower will be spammable, but Crimson Rend will do far more damage, etc.
Lots of choices in this game...I'm adoring it as i've said in other posts (sorry if you've read this a few times ). I just can't wait to get my hands on this game.

here ya go :):
This build spurs for my love of a double swing barb in d2. I love the feel of attacking super fast and beasting up everything in sight.
