I have these two gavels and am trying to decide which one to use and what to roll. I know i can roll them both for better damage but am concerned about being really squishy if i do that. Which would you use and what would you roll?
The first one (3893.5) is worthless. There is no max fury as secondary so you lose CHC and consequently damage. It does not even have life per fury. Just throw it away.
For the second one, even though it rolled low, it has 10% damage. So, re-roll the basic damage attributes to as close as the max you can and you will get a 4300+ weapon which is great. It will be missing vitality of course or life per fury but ONLY if you play with a healer monk you will kick butt.
You need two Gavels with the best rolls (>4300) possible:
Don't really know do i think correct because i havent used gavel wifl LpFS but Hammer cost 20 Fury so 33,600 points is about 1680 LpFS so it is not so worthless as you said. If roll socket to %damage then he would get about 4270 DPS and quite average LpFS, so I wouldnt say that it is worthless. Correct me if im wrong.
There is no Life per Second on the weapon.... And on principle u are wrong. Why? Because the specific weapon is neither for groups (high damage+toughness) nor for solo play (high damage+recovery).
TBN: No fury as secondary = No weapon (for me at least)
Hey D3Fans,

I would roll the socket to Life per Fury Spent on the 4058 one since it got maximum fury on secondary, also LpFS > LpH
2nd one is perfect for group runs if u roll the dmg and get 2300+ on max. If u are gonna have low hp pool, u can give vita from paragon points.

1) STR, VIT or AS, %DAM, SOCKET (groups)
2) STR, LPF, %DAM, SOCKET (solo)
