reroll it to anything else but attack speed or %dmg. your ww scales with your mainhand. offhand is just for stats. attack speed on ur weapons just increase the attack speed of that specific weapon, not both in difference to the rest of your gear u can roll ias on. vit ot loh are way more effecitve on ur offhand
Not that you would.. but.. theoretically could you use F+R with no Primary skill and (though gimping yourself) just have the 50% buff from using Secondary skill?

depends on your goal here. basically, since theres no real middle ground in d3, if you want to do speed 40s or t6 or whatever, you want max dmg so you do charge with FR. if you want to push gr, obsidian and coe are definitely the better choice.

When dual wielding the Bul-Kathos weapons, does it matter if you make one of them a stat stick or is it always better to go max damage?

The ony in my offhand I'm considering rolling the +10% damage for Attack Speed.
Mistake or wise?
As Dabadaba says - see also the discussion on attackspeed and ww breakpoints in for example http://www.diablofans.com/builds/55836-gr-55-whirwind-bul-kathos-obsidian-ring-of-the
WW alternates, so yes it matters.
LOL
troll or derp? cant tell
I checked a breakpoint calculator.
With another 7% i can get to 6 dust devils per second.
Currently 5.(something)
I'm guessing I go with the IAS then? Thanks for help so far.
You would also get more damage by using Focus+Restraint, than you get from CoE + Hexing Pants.
You reckon that's true?
I've been reading CoE is roughly a 50% damage increase + the Hexing Pants are another +25%
From my experience with CoE and HEX they melt.
What Primary skill do you use if you're going to go F+R? Bash with the +% damage rune?
Seems clunky that's all.
I've decided to go with the F+R but can someone explain F+R to me?
*My understanding* is, your left click skill buffs your damage when using right click skills by +50%
And if you use the right hand skill your left skill +50%.
That's been how I've observed it but I'm more than happy to be proven wrong.
Also where does the +125% come in? Wouldn't it be 50+50=100 max?
My maths is strong as all fuck.
Thank you.
What about this part?
*My understanding* is, your left click skill buffs your damage when using right click skills by +50%
And if you use the right hand skill your left skill +50%.
What I mean by that is, do they get added together? Or..
Does the Primary skill buff Secondary skill.
And Secondary skill buff primary only.
F & R is 125% multiplicative damage multiplier, meaning it scales with everything together.

Last one I promise..
