Some changes that I think would fix the new items introduced in 2.2. The hope with these suggestions is to make things more interesting and open up the possibility of different builds. I would like to see many different builds be viable at end game as well as many different weapons.
-Mortick's Brace is reintroduced but no longer gives the effect of every rune. Instead it rolls 1 of the 5 runes randomly upon identification.
-Wrath of the wastes set bonuses have been redesigned.
- 2 piece bonus: Your whirlwind now applies the effect of rend.
- 4 piece bonus: Whirlwind gains the effect of the Dust Devils rune and it increases the damage by 2000%
- 6 piece bonus: While whirlwind is active you take 35% reduced damage and deal 35% increased damage.
-Immortal King's set bonuses have been redesigned. In addition to legs this set will now also drop bracers.
- 2 piece bonus: Call of the ancients now last until they die.
- 4 piece bonus: Reduce the cooldown of Wrath of the Beserker and Earthquake by 3 seconds for every 10 fury you spend.
- 6 piece bonus: Increases damage dealt by 150% while Wrath of the Beserker and Call of the ancients are both active.
In addition to legs the set now also drops bracers.
-Bul'Kathos Solemn Vow
- 2 piece bonus no longer generates 10 fury. Instead it stops fury decay and grants 20,000 life per fury spent.
Additional Changes
-Might of the Earth Set Changes. Now drops a set chest and bracers.
- 2 piece bonus - Earthquake and Avalanche damage is increased by 100%
- 3 piece bonus - Cause an Earthquake when you leap.
- 5 piece bonus - Enemies effected by earthquake are burned for 5000% weapon damage as fire over 4 seconds.
-Wrath of the beserker runes have been reworked. In addition each rune will change the appearance of your transformation (ie: fire rune you will appear to be on fire)
-Arreat's Wall has been changed: (Fire Rune) Leave a burning trail of damage behind you that slows and burns enemies for 200% weapon damage every second.
-Thrive On Chaos: (Cold Rune) Your hits chill your enemies and return 6,500 life per fury spent.
-Slaughter: (Lightning Rune) Critical hits have a chance to cause lightning to pulse from your weapon dealing 300% weapon damage to enemies within 20 yards.
-Whirlwind Rework: Base damage increased from 340% to 440%
-Dust Devils damage increased from 120% to 240%
-Hurricane is more effective in pulling in enemies.
-Wind Shear: Generate 2 fury for every enemy struck.
- Volcanic Eruption: Increased damage from 400% to 540%
Those are about the most broken changes have ever seen suggested. I have been playing Barb sense the patch went live and there is absolutely nothing wrong with were Barb stands ATM.
they wont do shit... they got so much feedback during ptr it should be clear what we wanted.. and now they removed morticks i could care less play barbs now.. its no fun anymore..... its a joke nothing else.. silly demon hunters and witch doctors dominate leaderboards and barbs are weakest class now playing groups.. thanks blizz
