Yeah. I would have said her, just because of her magical inscription spell thing she does sometimes, but she just doesn't really talk and doesn't have a story yet
Yeah, I know what you mean. She probably doesn't really deserve being called a "favourite" but I love her voice and my imagination fills in all the lore problems that go with her. Anyone know who did her voice?
I don't off the top of my head. I did a quick Google and couldn't find her voice actor, specifically, although I want to say it was the same one as the Sorceress or Akara. I think it might say who it was in the Diablo II credits.
I'm pretty sure it doesn't. I remember when I was kid looking around for her voice (as well as Halbu's) and it wasn't in the manual nor the credits. I doubt anyone knows but I like to hope.
Farnham for one. Alkor was brilliant usage of an accent to make people laugh. Adria was cool too. There are many great NPCs in the Diablo series I think.
Yeah, Alkor's accent was really good. That was my first thought the first time I heard him speak. I can't remember the Diablo I NPC's too well, though, besides Adria and Wirt.
I'm surprised you don't remember Farnham Seth as his awesomeness knew few boundaries. Pretty three-dimensional character as well. Lots of repression. Freud would've been proud.
I forgot about Adria, but when I checked the wiki page, my memory was immediately sparked by reading her quote: "I sense a soul in search of answers." That was ingrained into my head almost better than, "Stay a while and listen."
Do we know what happened to her? Possible return in D3?

We've been discussing it for a bit- might want to read over this thread to kind of catch-up on the whole thing if you haven't already. The possibilities are quite interesting, especially since she's my favorite NPC
Now the cow as a favorite NPC... Hm... I might have to reconsider now that you mention it

Wow. I didn't read all of that though I did review Cain's journal. I notice a lot of people talking about Leah (that is the name of the pretty face in the cinematic trailer right?), is there a good place to find any confirmed Lore about her?
And now that I just rewatched the cinematic trailer, I wonder if we will participate in any "epic" scale battles in D3. I saw LotR style heaps of enemies who didn't look like they would really fit into any dungeons. And something probably has to be done about them because that many nasty monsters/demons can't be left to their own devices...
I'm thinking that that is the same cow that blows up when you click on it in D2. Maybe we will get a combination of actions in D3--like, you click on it, and then it starts mooing as if it were a time bomb (increasing rate before explosion) and then it explodes.

I think all the gambling characters are my favorite NPC.
The NPC I hate the most is Flavie, STOP STEALING MY FREAKING KILLS!!!

Adria. Then. Now. Always.
Anyways, I love most of them but the one who caught my eye most was Jamella. She's mysterious and has a cool spell.

Besides him I would have to say that Geglash was my favorite. I love drunks.

All the way.
